Omnipotent Deku, infinite strength is a curse

Name: Izuku Midoriya

Quirk: omnipotence

Quirk description: his strength grows based on a multiplier that is added on top every month, his base strength without the multiplier is 25% of Prime All Might's, the downside of that it's always active, and not an optional increase to his strength like most strength quirks.

Additional info: when he was eight his strength reached a point where he began to destroy mountains with an effortless twitch of his wrist, this caused them to take him to a hospital on an uninhabited island and place him under a medical coma for the safety of himself and everyone else, while he was under the coma his muscles never atrophied and his musculature only became more defined. Meanwhile his parents moved to I-island and began to work with David Shield in order to make a device that would allow Izuku to control his quirk and at least live a slightly normal life.

Appearance: canon, just a lot more muscular. Also, imagine black bands on his wrists, neck, and ankles
