Description: he can form "bonds" with people that allows him to use their quirks and communicate with them telepathically, however, the bonds must be mutually agreed upon, anything from a strong friendship, to a crush, to love will cause a bond to be formed. However, the stronger the bond between the 2 people is, the greater range the telepathy is. The longer a bond is in existence, and the closer he is to the person, the more benefits they each receive, these benefits range from massively strengthened physical abilities, to minor mental enhancements, and everything in-between.
