My Heroes Reborn

Okay, this isn't my idea, this idea is from a fanfiction on fanfiction.net under the same name by Emma Iveli, the jist of it is that there's a villain with a quirk that makes people remember their past lives and gain any skills they had aside from superpowers(pinkie pie from mlp is the exception, aswell as any natural skills that weren't unique to them. For One Piece, devil fruits are lost and haki is kept since it's just weaponizing willpower, for any magic world, magic is lost, for Naruto, chakra is lost, etc.) and at the USJ Izuku and some other students are hit by their quirk, it causes them to black out and fight off the villains with their past life skills, there are other heroes hit by the quirk, Izuku causes them to freak out at how powerful he was in whatever past life you choose, and him alongside the other students are given counseling by a hero who was also hit by the quirk. The way the "fight back" factor works is that if they only attack enemies they stay a hero, if they attack indiscriminately they become a villain, if they don't fight back then they can either become a civilian or stay a hero.
