"Coming to you live from the Top of the Rock, from where we can see the whole of Manhattan if we spin the camera around."
Krist swirls his finger in the air and Singto quickly rotates on an axis, showing off their view. Behind him, Mathilde spins at the same time while Josh dodges out of the way, laughing.
Krist points at himself once more and Singto focuses back on his boyfriend, giving him a grin as he watches Krist square his shoulders and prepare himself to speak again.
"This spot is the lesser known lookout point as most tourists spend their time atop the Empire State Building which you can see behind me."
He points a finger lazily behind himself and Singto zooms in to capture the towering building and then behind it to show off One World Trade briefly.
"Instead of ESB, I've brought my crew here to Top of the Rock because it's much more private and also offers a beautiful view of Central Park as well. But before we head over to check out that, let me first introduce the faces behind the camera, if I may?"
He reaches out and grabs Mathilde's sleeve, dragging her to share the screen with him and Singto laughs soundlessly as he watches his best friend protest at having to show her face. She smiles awkwardly as Krist introduces her.
"This is the wonderful Miss Mathilde, who is our location scout, stylist and generally helpful little buzzy bee! She knows New York like no other and is the person who came up with the 'Bar Blogs' that I've been making with our second crew member.."
Krist grabs Joshua this time, pulling him to stand beside him as Mathilde gives a grateful smile and escapes to stand beside Singto.
"Joshua is my drinking buddy and roommate and he has the best taste in movies I've ever seen, his favourite," Krist winks at the camera, "is 'My Rhythm, right now! So you can see, he knows the best ones!"
"What did he say?" Josh mouths at Singto, who once again controls his laughter.
"Finally, Mathilde, please will you take the camera?"
Krist grabs Singto's sleeve and pulls him over to him, one arm naturally finding its way to his shoulder while Singto's casually loops Krist's waist. There's a brief moment when they simply smile at each other and Mathilde zooms in to capture it.
"My cameraman, my wonder, my best friend, my whole world... My love.. and.."
Krist smirks at Singto, then winks at Mathilde and Josh who both take a step back, Mathilde continuing to film and Joshua lifting his phone to take photos.
Krist eases himself out of Singto's hold and drops to one knee, a small velvet box in his hand.
Singto gasps audibly, face contorting in surprise and wonder.
"Singto Prachaya, I have known you for almost ten years and have loved you for almost as long. Please, make me the happiest man in the whole world?
Don't just be my boyfriend anymore?
Please, will you be my husband?"
The Vlog goes viral in seconds, it's title: "Not my Boyfriend anymore!" catapulting it to the top of the YouTube charts. Twitter goes insane, IG momentarily goes down and FaceBook feeds are flooded with stories from people who were there and saw it first hand.
Pictures of Krist kneeling, sliding on the ring, their face-splitting smiles, the kiss! It's all catalogued and screenshot and shared and liked and loved!
Later, in their hotel room overlooking the bright lights of Times Square, Singto holds up their hands, matching bands circling their fingers.
"I hope you asked my dad first?"
"First person I called, Phi. We'll call them soon - do a family FaceTime."
"They'll all know already! Your dad's been retweeting things for hours and Josh even sent him his HQ pics already which he's given to P'Tha. I think they want us to film our wedding and everything! Sponsors are queueing up apparently.."
"Well I did always want KFC for my wedding breakfast!" Krist jokes, sliding his arm around Singto and pulling him in for a kiss.
"If you get KFC, then I get HosicoCat as the ring bearer!"
They share a look, full of happiness and humour and of love.
"Sounds perfect. Let's do that soon, Phi."
"On our tenth anniversary?"
"I can't wait that long.. how about a trip to Vegas next week?"
Singto feels his heart burst with love, leaning in to kiss his handsome fiancé again, "What about our families?"
"I kind of thought you were a sure thing.. so I already got them visas and plane tickets!"
"Krist!"
"Love me?"
"So much."
"Me too."
