WEEKS HAD PASSED on Asgard after the event down on Midgard with the failure of the Chitauri Invasion, Syn and Loki were now in custody of Thor, who had brought them back to Asgard. People of the golden city had become more aware that their youngest prince and princess were, well, alive which wasn't as much of a relief as they claimed it to be after the rumors that had been spread, but what could they say?
They were all true.
They had heard about how the two youngest members of the Asgardian Royal family had 'faked' their death and tried to enslave mankind on earth. However, that was all they knew, they didn't know what the twins had sacrificed along the way, or what had happened after they had fallen from the Rainbow Bridge.
Nobody knew.
Ever since Syn and Loki had been brought back to Asgard by their older brother, they had been brought to the dungeons, waiting for their trail and face their father for real. They were going to be face-to-face with the man who lied to them their entire life, and had pushed them in the shadows to make room for his favorite son.
They didn't know what was going to happen during the trail, only that there would be punishment for their many crimes on Midgard. It would probably get heated in the Throne Room seeing the twins weren't going down without having their say, and seeing their father had never let them, they were going to show how much they had changed while they were gone.
And because of this change, none of the guards dared to come near them without permission of their King, not knowing what the twins were capable of. The twins had always been out for chaos and fooling the servants of the Royal palace since they were young which had given them very specific nicknames around the workers and guards, theTerrible Two or theTerror Twins and now, they had really lived up to those names, maybe even worse.
It was always joking around and pulling pranks, but this was serious matter and everyone knew this. However, all of them only saw two traitors of the kingdom they were meant to serve and protect, no one knew what they had been through.
They had always judged them by their actions, especially after the twins had learned how to use magic, because no one wanted their prince and princess to be sorcerers. Somehow, people despised them because of it seeing magic could be corrupting and only the strongest sorcerers were able to control it instead of controlled by it.
