*Christian and Nessa hop into the car*
Nessa: What are we doing?
Christian: I'm showing you what I do when I can't sleep
*they take a drive to a cabin*
Nessa: I feel like I'm being kidnapped
Christian: *laughs* You're not. Come on *he leads her into the cabin* My parents bought this place when I was 5 years old. It brings me peace. That's why I come when I can't sleep
Nessa: *looks around* Yeah, it's nice.
Christian: What's really nice is outside *grabs her hand and leads her outside*
Nessa: Woah...
*the two stare at a beautiful lagoon that is glistened by the moonlight and the stars.*
Nessa: It's beautiful...
Christian: *sits down on the ground* Its my favorite spot
Nessa: *sits down next to him* It's really nice I like it
Christian: I could stare at it for hours which is why I come when I can't sleep
Nessa: You can't sleep often?
Christian: I get these nightmares, more like flashbacks of a past experience and it torments me
Nessa: I'm sorry I should not have asked
Christian: It's okay. One day I'll tell you. Once I'm ready
Nessa: *nods* Take your time.
*the next morning*
Christian: *turns off his alarm and sees Nessa laying on his chest. He shakes her awake softly*
Nessa: *wakes up, yawning* We fell asleep here?!
Christian: *nods* We did. Come on. I'm going to go make some breakfast
*the two head to the kitchen*
Christian: *makes French toast*
Nessa: *pulls out a notebook and a pen*
Christian: What are you doing?
Nessa: Writing my notes about who you are as a person
Christian: What did you put?
Nessa: That's not for you to know *writing more stuff down* So you are a cook?
Christian: Yeah. I cook and bake from a young age.
Nessa: That's really cool. I can't cook for the life of me. Roni can though. She tries to teach me, but it has not worked out well
Christian: *serving the French toast* I could try to teach you how to make French toast tomorrow morning
Nessa: Ooo that sounds fun! *writes more stuff in her notebook* So what's the plan for today?
Christian: Survive school. Go to football practice. Go home.
Nessa: Sounds simple enough.
