Circle: The Love triange that made me crazy

Circle twenty four

it had been a week since I had told Zack I loved him. He looked at me in horror like he didn't believe that I was saying it. But I knew maybe I meant it. I just didn't want to know how much of it I meant. I knew I should not have said it. But somehow it just slipped out of my mouth. He smiled after and I never seen him smile before.

I entered health and sat down in the back. Annaliese had gone to some meeting for college and veronica was absent. This meant I was left alone with Zack. I thought I wouldn't mind this but in reality I did. We where doing some hypnoses thing. I knew this would be his opportunity to make a move on me. It was only a matter of time to realize if I am ready or not. which I knew the answer to that.

No I am not ready for it.

Zack did not know this but he would soon find out. The teacher announced what we would be doing today, which she had been saying the past few days. The she said something else which caught my attention.

"We have someone new joining our class today" She said. I looked around and saw Johnny looking for me. My face lit up and I could not be happier. I was not alone with Zack for once. I knew he would be with me tonight but that was then. I could deal with him then.

Johnny sat next to me and I did not see Zack sitting next to me on the other side. I turned to him and smiled. He growled and turned away from me.  This could not go well, I thought,

As the activity began, Johnny was paired with Kate another girl in the class. As for I was paired with Zack. He seemed angry with me. But what did I do? nothing I thought. I shut my eyes as the teacher instructed us. Zack, i guessed, did as well. I began to fall asleep when I felt someone nudge me

"Brenna wake up" Came Zack's voice. I opened my eyes and looked at him. I turned to look at the class, they all had their eyes shut too. I went back to shut my eyes. But  Zack stopped me.

"Stay awake with me" He said. I smiled and opened my eyes again. Everyone else was still under the hypnosis. I didn't see Zack lean into me. He was inches apart from my face.

"Zack we can't here. Not in class. Not while Johnny's here" I whispered. He gave me a look. He knew i was right

"True" He said. I felt bad for turning him down. But I had a boyfriend. And I thought Zack was dating Charlotte. I guess not

Class ended and Zack moved away from my face, "You're blushing" He said with a chuckle. My eyes widened and I put my hand to my cheek. He was right. My face was hot. I felt embarrassed now. I didn't want anyone to see me blushing. It might make it look like something happened. And I don't want that.

I walked out of class and went to my last period class. I had no one in it with me, so I decided I could text everybody. Class ended and I soon walked to my locker to collect my things. I climbed off the bus not long after and began to walk home. I looked around and could feel that someone was watching me. I turned around and thought I saw Zack following me. I turned back around and continued walking.

I was half way home when someone grabbed me from behind. I screamed immediately. I did not know who grabbed me. Whoever it was threw me to the ground. Then someone came running. I didn't see who it was since I had my head down. I felt a blow to my back and I winched in pain.

When I looked up, My mother was kneeling next to me, making sure I was ok. She looked to frightened. I tried to speak but nothing would come out. I shut my eyes again as another blow went to my back. I yelled in pain. I heard a familiar voice that yelled and tackled whoever it was that was hurting me. My mother was gone. She must have went back inside to phone the police.

Everything soon began to fade. I saw Zack pick me up and begin to carry me, the pain was so bad I was crying. And I never cry.

"Shhh, baby girl it will be ok, I'm here, I got you' He said. I knew it was Zack. I looked into his eyes and I found the safeness of my house. Zack took me upstairs and laid me on my bed

"Get her some ice Mrs. Smith" Zack said. I pulled my hand out to reach for him, he noticed and took my hand.

"I'm here, don't worry" He said with a smile. How could I not love him I thought, he came to my rescue when I needed someone. I smiled a weak smile and began to rest. I felt something cold go on my back and I soon fell asleep. Zack stayed by my side the entire time
