The story of two childhood friends/rivals on their journey to be Pokémon Trainers. Jaiden, wanting to follow in her brother's footsteps and to make him proud. And Tyler, her long time goa...
"Alright this must be it!" Jaiden says after now reaching Jubilife City. Only a few walking feet away.
"Took you long enough." Jaiden looks behind her and it's Tyler. "I've been waiting for you get here. Geez you are so slow."
Jaiden sighs. "Good to see you too Tyler..." She still weakly smiles at her.
They both walk together. "So, catch any weak Pokémon?" Tyler asks. "I don't need to tell you this, but you are at a horrible disadvantage in the first gym battle.
Jaiden looks at her. "I am?" Tyler laughs. "Man your stupid Jaiden! Of course you!"
Tyler jumps in front of Jaiden getting up in her face. "Geez I really have to tell you everything huh? The Gym Leader, Roark, uses rock type Pokémon. And all you have is Chimchar and let me guess, a Starly."
"H-How did..." Jaiden sighs. "Read me like a book." Jaiden still weakly smiles. "But yeah I guess I am when I think about it. Having a fire type and flying type is not good for me."
Jaiden laughs it off and Tyler backs up. "Geez you are never gonna beat Cynthia or even me if you think like that."
Tyler then has a big smile on her face. "And I'll do that tomorrow morning."
"Tomorrow?" Jaiden says confused and Tyler nods. "That's right. You and me are gonna have our first battle tomorrow morning."
"A Pokémon battle..." Jaiden knew this would happen eventually but not this soon. But then again, she should've seen it coming. "Well tomorrow morning it is. I'll give it my best." Jaiden smiles back at her.
Tyler scoffs and turns around walking towards the Pokémon Center. "Yeah we'll see."
Jaiden followed and headed in the Pokémon Center. Once inside she handed her Chimchar and Starly over to Nurse Joy who treated her Pokémon. "Get some rest you two, tomorrow we gotta show Tyler what we got!" They smile and nod.
Jaiden turns around and she accidentally bumps into someone. "Oof!" She stumbles back. She looks opens her eyes to a girl with long brown hair, brown eyes, short jeans slightly torn, long dark brown socks, and a brown top.

"Are you okay?" She asks Jaiden. "Yeah my bad. And I should be asking you that. I did bump into you."
The girl chuckles. "Well I'll let you get to sleep. You got a Pokémon battle tomorrow right?"
"How did you know that?" Jaiden looks a little surprised. "I overheard you since I was standing behind you."
Jaiden laughs rubbing her head. "I guess maybe I was too loud?"
The girl shakes her head. "No you're fine."
Jaiden smiles. "Thank you." She says her goodbye and leaves to her room. And the girl watches her go. "I definitely should check out her battle. Could be interesting."
