Thirty minutes later, Kao, Ohm and the mysterious guy were at the Police Station and closed inside Kao's office. The smallest of them decided that the high backrest chair was the perfect place for him, despite being a visitor, leaving the guests chairs for them.

"You may rest now, Ohm. Please take a seat!", Kao pointed to an empty chair since he was already occupying one and didn't seem to bother at all after seeing his own chair being stolen like that.

The detective found something really weird in that dynamic and wanted to ask many things about whatever was going on there, like why his cold boss seemed to know that stranger and why were they acting so suspiciously, but still chose to keep quiet for a while. Nonetheless, that posture made him have enough room to remember that he was still shirtless. Which didn't seem to be a big problem outside the Police Station, now made him really conscious of his half naked body. Especially because the stranger kept stealing glances at him even trying to be discreet about it. All for all, the awkward mood in the room was finally cut by the Police Chief's question.

"Did you already introduce yourself?", Kao asked and got no answer from the smaller male, sighing with it. "Ok, then. Ohm, this is Fluke."

Ohm turned to the guy with a hand stretched in his direction, but the latter ignored him, making him retract his fingers again. After using his shirt as bandages to that ungrateful bastard, he was feeling pretty cold in the air con room. Still, he had no place to judge the guy since he was indeed his savior.

"Fluke isn't a mundane like us, Ohm. He's a kind of police officer from the underworld and apparently the guy you were chasing after today is one of his prisoners that escaped again. Am I right, Fluke?", Kao said with a blank expression that could be used to say he bought lunch or spilled the milk on the kitchen counter.

"What the hell?", Ohm asked in confusion.

"Dude, you really need to stop calling ''Hell' whenever it pleases you! We don't have that kind of time, you know?", Fluke snorted from his seat.

"What the hell is going on here?!", Ohm was more confused than ever and spurted out like the other male didn't say anything at all to him. "The thief also used that word. What does it mean to be mundane? Where is the underworld?", the detective instinctively asked. It was in his bones to be curious about everything, but Kao's deferential treatment towards Fluke was getting on his nerves, especially because the latter seemed to purposely ignore that fact.

However, his thirst for knowledge was soon buried and replaced by more unpleasant feelings. The mention of the word even after his warning made Fluke's blood boil. He stood from the chair and punched Kao's table with all his strength. The movement made the wood break and the furniture collapsed in a matter of seconds, becoming a pile of rubble on the floor.

"I've warned you. DON'T. REPEAT. THIS. WORD.", Fluke threatened looking intently into Ohm's eyes, making the detective gulp audibly.

"I-I…", he intended to explain that the use of the word wasn't meant to upset him, just a habit of his, but what he found inside the brown eyes looking back at him made his tongue get stuck inside his mouth. It was like his vocal chords had been glued on his throat.

Which Ohm saw in Fluke's eyes wasn't something easy to describe because it was more a feeling than anything else, yet it still made all his skin shiver sensing the danger. He felt misery and pain, a certain type of agony that could make a person scream for help even without being physically hurt. It was like looking at "The Hell" itself and only then the comprehension sunk in his brain. Kao and Fluke were being literal here. They were literally talking about "the underworld" and "hell" like it was a real place and not only a spiritual concept used by religious people. At least, as far as he could remember, Kao wasn't that type of guy.
