His Butler, Confused

First of all, I would like to apologize for taking so long to update this story, and thank you for all of the reads everyone! ^^ 

Sebastian awoke earlier than Ciel and noticed his head lying on his chest, his little chest rising and falling. He looks so cute! I don't want to wake him, I'll let him sleep in a bit longer.Sebastian fell asleep and woke up thirty minutes later to a sleeping Ciel, the time was now 7:30 am, and he gently kissed Ciel's lips in order to awaken him. Ciel smiled and awoke slowly, enjoying every minute that Sebastian was with him before he had to leave as there was a knock upon the door. 

"Who could that be?" Sebastian muttered as he put on his tailcoat and shoes before heading to the door. 

He gingerly opened the door with a smile, a fake smile of course, because he was angry that - Elizabeth had interrupted his Ciel time. She had tears in her eyes and she slapped Sebastian, hard, across the face, this left a red mark, and Sebastian turned his smile into a slight frown. What could she possibly want? Why did she slap me? 

"Is something the matter, lady Elizabeth?" Sebastian asked while putting up a smirk. 

"Let me speak to Ciel this instant!" Lizzy squealed. 

"But of course." Sebastian replied as he gestured for her to come in, closing the door behind her with a devilish smirk. 

Elizabeth ran up the stairs and into Ciel's room, dragging Sebastian by the hand with her, and slamming the door behind them. She gazed at Ciel, her emerald eyes full of tears, and Ciel blankly stared at her, his gaze one of curiosity. 

"Ciel,... I still love you." She whispered to herself, tears falling from her face. 

"Lizzy, I-" Ciel was cut off when she planted a kiss on his lips. 

Sebastian looked surprised and excused himself from the room, and, as he was about to step outside, he noticed a note lying upon the ground in front of the door. He picked it up and dreaded heading back to his lord's room, but he did anyways, laying the letter on his desk before walking out of the room that felt as though it was constricting his chest with every step he took, however, that was over as soon as he exited the room with a sigh. I should have known better, no one could ever love a demon, a monster.I only hope he's happy with Elizabeth. Tears began to fall from his red eyes. Fuck, I have to get out of here before he destorys me! 

Sebastian ran down the hallways to the front door and burst through it without even looking back at what he had left behind, all he knew - was that he was going to hell, literally, and he would never save another human again out of the fear that he would get too attached, like he did with Ciel. Ciel, the thought of him brought more tears to his face, but, still, he ran on, away from that dreaded place. Before going to hell, I should have a little fun... Why not? Sebastian changed direction and ran into the town before finding a woman and convincing her to join him for a walk in the forest, of course, she couldn't say no and followed him, their hands intwined. 

They were finally deep inside the forest, and Sebastian had enough of toying with his prey, now was his time to strike, and he did - he stuck his hand through he throat, blood gushed out, and she became limp as she dandled from his arm before tearing out her heart and devouring it. The scene was a mess, blood was spattered everywhere, her green dress was stained dark red, and Sebastian was still hungry, not to mention upset, however, he ignored the emotions and traveled deeper into the forest, his body feeling as though it had betrayed him with every step he took. Why did he trust Ciel? He felt like an idiot, especially since Ciel probably wasn't even thinking about him at the moment, he was too busy hanging out with Elizabitch, I meant Lady Elizabeth. 

In a matter of days, a once beautiful relationship had been torn apart, and - he was the only one to blame, or so he assumed. Sebastian finally collapsed on the ground, the pain in his heart, it was beating now, and he suddenly closed his eyes; he opened them sometime later to discover that he was in a bed. He recognised this place, this was his room at the Phantomhive estate, and he sighed before anger took ahold of him. 

"Why couldn't you have just left me to die?!" Sebastian exclaimed, his eyes turning a deep red. 

At that moment, someone burst through the window, it was Grell. 

"Did someone say die?" Grell said while making his famous pose. 

Grell then glanced over to Sebastian and saw that he was shaking in anger, his hands curled into fists, his eyes flashing a dark red, his frown evident, and it looked like he was biting his tongue. Grell immediately ran over his Bassy and placed his hands on his chest. 

"Bassy, are you okay?" Grell asked, concern dripping from his voice. 

"G-Grell-san, I'm sorry you have seen me in such an awful state, but I-I should be fine later. Say, do you want to go out for the night?" Sebastian asked flashing a smile. 

"OMG, yessss, I would love to Sebas-chan!" Grell squealed like a little girl with a nose bleed while clasping his hands together. 

Sebastian smiled his first smile of relief and happiness for the evening as Grell fangirled and kissed him, of course, Sebastian returned the kiss and deepened it, which caused Grell to moan quite loudly, and then Ciel burst through the door with a bewildered expression. 

"Oh, Sebastian... I see, you move on quite quickly." Ciel said with a tinge of - hurt in his voice. 

"Not as quick as you, my lord." Sebastian answered with a glare as Grell pushed him down onto the bed, his hands holding his shoulders down. 

"Sebas-chan, ignore little Ciel here, and let's go." Grell said while also glaring at Ciel. 

Sebastian nodded in agreement and the two took off, leaving Ciel standing there in a daze. Does Sebastian hate me now? Fuck, I'm so stupid! I don't love Lizzy, I love - Sebastian. What the hell am I doing standing here then? But - I don't even know where they are going... Sebastian - 

I'm doing this for my own good, Ciel is nothing but bad for me, Grell has only been kind and deserving of this, he is good for me, but why do I feel so empty? I feel - wrong even, why? Elizabeth kissed Ciel, and they were still kissing when I placed the letter on his desk. Accept it, he loves Elizabeth. 

"Sebby-chan, are you okay?" Grell asked, noticing that Sebastian was deep in thought. 

"Oh, um, yes, I am fine." Sebastian brushed off his thoughts and held Grell's hand. 

They then arrived at the Shinigami headquarters. 

"What are we doing here?" Sebastian inquired, clearly confused. 

"I'm taking you to a party, silly, as my date." Grell said happily. 

Sebastian chuckled and nodded before the two opened the doors, but then Sebastian stopped suddenly, his hand gently gripping Grell's shoulder. Grell then turned around to glimpse Sebastian with a grimace upon his face, he looked down to see a knife protruding his abdomen, he then craned his head backwards to notice that Ciel had stabbed him. 

"Young master, - can't say I'm surprised, but why?" Sebastian asked as blood trickled from the sides of his mouth.

"If I can't have you - then no one can!" Ciel exclaimed, his contract eye showing. 

"But you want to be with Elizabeth." 

"No, ew, no! She kissed me, and I couldn't push her away because I was afraid of hurting her." Ciel replied with his head down before looking up to Sebastian with a determined look upon his face. "Sebastian, I'm so sorry." 

"Are you honestly going to believe this little twerp?" Grell inquired, his face displaying annoyance. 

"Bocchan is not a twerp!" Sebastian snapped, jerking the knife out of his abdomen and slinging it away, into a bush. "I'm sorry Grell, but I do believe bocchan." 

Sebastian took Ciel's hands and the two walked away from the party while Grell screamed for Sebastian to come back. The two returned to the manor to find the other servants standing by the door with relieved faces, but all Sebastian cared about was Ciel. He gently picked him up and carried him to their room, laying him down upon the bed before kissing his forehead and walking out of the room, closing the door softly behind him as he began to prepare for tomorrow.
