Sebastian winced as Ciel slapped him, it felt as though his heart was shattering into a million tiny pieces as it happened, even after it happened, however, Sebastian was determined not to let this get him down.

"C-Ciel," Sebastian stuttered.

Ciel smacked the butler once again.

"Never use my name, you are to refer to me as Master." Ciel said coldly.

"B-But I love you." Sebastian said, tears welling up in his eyes.

Ciel laughed out loud, it was an evil sounding laugh that filled the air. It had been two years since the two were together and, now, Ciel had been turned into a demon by Claude and the annoying Trancy manor. Not only that, but he also had no memories of their time spent together, what they went through, nothing - he was devoid of all emotion towards Sebastian.

"Love?! A demon cannot love! What are you, gay?!" Ciel inquired as he burst into laughter again, clutching his sides as he laughed uncontrollably.

Sebastian looked towards the ground, his gaze growing cold and full of tears, but he pushed them back before looking back up into his love's eyes. But I love you. Ciel glanced down at Sebastian in disgust, rage building up inside him at the sight of the butler's face. I love you, still. Ciel gazed into Sebastian's pleading eyes and laughed coldly.

"You poor, poor fool." Ciel snickered.

"Of course, Master."

"Carry me back to the manor this instant!" Ciel exclaimed.

Sebastian said nothing and picked up the demon boy, transporting him to the manor that was inhabited by the two since Ciel had become a demon. Ciel, what has become of you? Ciel kept his gaze focused ahead, he never glanced back at the butler who was carrying him swiftly to the manor, he never bothered to thank him when they arrived either.

"Clean the manor!" Ciel said through gritted teeth.

Sebastian bowed and began to clean the manor diligently, anything was better than seeing the face of his former love. Eventually, it was time for Ciel's afternoon and Sebastian arrived five minutes late due to his cleaning, however, Ciel would not accept that as a plausible excuse.

"Why were you late?!" Ciel yelled in outrage.

"I was -"

"I don't even want to hear it." The boy replied, standing up from his chair and grabbing Sebastian's tie in such a way that it made the tie tighter around his neck. He grinned wickedly and began to hum a melody that someone used to sing to him before bed, but he couldn't remember who, however, the point was that he loved the song almost as much as torturing Sebastian when he messed up.

Sebastian gulped and Ciel forced him to get down on his knees, back facing him, as he pulled the whip out of his desk before stepping fourth and bringing it down upon Sebastian's back. The whip made a loud crack and Sebastian winced in pain, it hurt, but not as much as his brittle heart. Ciel brought the whip down upon his back again and again and again until he was finally satisfied, but that was hours later and Sebastian's butler attire was now torn in the back.

"You are dismissed." Ciel whispered.

Sebastian exited the room, quietly closing the door behind him before running to his room at demon speed and locking it behind him before laying face first on his bed and allowing tears to slip from his eyes onto the pillow beneath his face. Why? Why do I still love him? He only hurts me, he is no longer kind. I should let go of him, forever. And, just like that, Sebastian's tears ceased to flow as his face took on a stoic expression, his heart even ceased the little beating it once had, he was now detached from the world once again. He stood up from his pathetic position on the bed and washed his face in his bathroom before exiting his room and resuming cleaning. Yes, I will still be one hell of a butler.
