He did.

He didn't actually mean to and he probably would have never told you how he feels if it weren't for that moment. Rui kidnapped you and wanted to "Play Wedding" with you. 

Long story short, he ended up shouting about why he would never let you be forced into something like that because he loves you.

(I might make a one-shot of this if anyone would like me to)

Him obviously. 

Granted it was multiple attempts to woo you, but it was mostly him vying for your affection. You did finally give in to him though :p

Inosuke Hashibira

Technically you did.

He was sending a lot of signals unknowingly and you just thought it would be easier to explain it all to him.

So you just shouted it at him.  :)

Genya Shinazugawa

You did.

Seriously, he is just so shy he would probably never gather enough strength to tell you himself. You decided to ask him to walk with you for a while and held his hand. 

(Of course, Sanemi saw his blush and teased him)

Strangely to the other pillars, it was him.

He just said it out of the blue, deadpan. You were sitting at a pond and he decided it was a good time to do or die.

He stared at you, silently dipping his fingers into the cool water. You smiled. Perhaps there was something on his mind, you thought.

"Are you alright, Giyu?" you asked moving your hand to pull his fingers from the surface of the clear spring.

"I'm in love with you"

"W-What? Oh-" your voice caught in your throat when suddenly, his lips were on yours. 

It was light and tranquil, like the rain. After a few seconds, they moved away but they stayed only an inch from your own.

He was sure you were the person he wants to spend his life with so he wasn't nervous as much as he was psyched up by himself.

He asked you on a date after coming back from a mission.

you're extremely shy so you wouldn't do it in case it ruined your friendship. He told you out of the blue that he loves you.

She did

she just couldn't hold in all her love for you. In the end she just blurted it out and asked you to spend the day with her.

He did

He would come to see you in the butterfly estate with the intention of asking you for your permission to court you but he'd usually chicken out. But he didn't this time.

"I- uhm- i-i would like you ask you. If maybe- that is if you even feel the same as i do- you would consider me a potential suitor"

"Are you asking me out, Obanai?"

"...Yes"

He has a lot of stuff to do. He also wasn't sure if you would accept his offer either. So when you asked him, he was actually quite shocked, not that he showed it.

Yushiro

He did- in his own tsundere way.

He was very stubborn with his feelings and he didn't want it to seem like his happiness depended on your answer to his question. AND WHAT BETTER WAY THAN TO INSULT YOU!

"W-Would you like to go look around the night festival with me?"

"Are you asking me on a date, Yushiro?"

"What? Of course not, dummy! I just know you like it and i don't want to go looking for you if you get lost on your own. I have better things to do that go looking for you in the middle of the night!"

Nezuko Kamado

Both of you

You both always had a strong bond since you met. The more time you spent together, the more you began to understand each other with out words. You just began to get closer without realising it until you were both leaning in.

He would do it all the time just to fluster you at first but as time went on, it began to feel more sincere to him. Suddenly his touches weren't just for fun or for the hell of it. Each finger on your skin meant something to him

He wouldn't even touch you because he didn't want to scare or hurt you. He did like to speak to you though. So when you began to touch him, he was shocked to say the least. It was just little touches to his hands or hugs or cheek kisses but it made him feel as if he wasn't different from the human he had once been.
