For many years, Samarth worked hard to bring many changes since his promotion to the position of Manager. He got the other block of the building demolished and with the money he got in return, he worked to utilize it to change the way the company had been working.
He thought many sleepless nights over the matter. He introduced new products, decreased the rates to increase popularity. He kept two HR Managers. He even changed the style of items, made products more efficient, quality-wise as well as shape-wise. He even thought of miscellaneous ideas to create products that the other company wasn't using. He brought out his ideas. He improved machine quality and with help from experts who weren't linked to any company, changed the way things were made. Samarth was happy and satisfied not only because of his success but because he had finally found his talent which was unique and something different. Creativity. Seeing that he had created so many things with so many new ideas that were his own and unique. He had never thought he would find that way.
The other was his ability to always go on in life. He knew that with Nana Ji and his family it wouldn't have been possible but at last, the decisions were always his. He was happy he had made the right decision.
Samarth changed his company's name to Phoenix. In, 2019 Phoenix ranked among the world's top 10 companies begging 2nd position. One of the world's best companies.
Samarth looked out from the glass of the manager's office which was now, technically his office. He had finally become a successful businessman, finally fulfilled his parents' wishes and finally, he had brought them honor. He had finally done it. The path he had chosen long ago, thinking it of success... had finally borne fruit. He had finally found success where he had not expected it.
Someone had once said something wise and today it had proved to be true even if the person had been consumed by evil.
