“Oh my god.”

Akaashi tossed aside his game console and lifted up his arms in victory as he cheered for himself, not minding the overly dramatic Alpha sulking beside him. This had been, what, their thirteenth round? Thirteen rounds, and Bokuto had not been able to win a single one of them, despite having told Akaashi he was great at this game right before they started. His child like behavior now was probably justified. Akaashi would have done the same if he were in Bokuto's shoes, considering. That didn't mean he wasn't going to enjoy the victory he had earned with his own two hands.

Ha ha, Bokuto-san,” he mocked his boyfriend as he gave one victory pose after the other, “here I was thinking I wouldn't be able to win one game against you. Is this really the best you got?”

He was, obviously, only teasing him, no actual harm intended, but Bokuto still crossed his arms and pouted. He did not want to laugh, he really did not, but how could he not, when Bokuto, a 26 year old, grown up lawyer, was pouting like a child, for losing a god damn game? This was worth laughing for!

So he laughed out loud, his head thrown back and eyes shut, then looked back at his boyfriend, who was now looking away from him.

“Hey, what're you doing?” He shuffled closer to the Alpha on the couch and brushed a finger against his chin. “You're not seriously mad at me, are you? I mean, it's just a game-"

“’Course I'm not!” Bokuto replied, his tone whiny. He grabbed Akaashi's hand gently and lifted it up to his mouth to kiss it. “You can defeat me all you want, I'll never be mad at you for anything.” He then turned around and pulled him into his chest. “I know it's just a game. You know whenever I act silly, I do it to make you laugh. I love hearing you laugh.”

Akaashi blushed. Oh, when was he going to stop blushing whenever he was complimented by Bokuto? This traitorous act of his body made him feel like a foolish teenager.

He decided to do the best thing he could to conceal his embarrassment. “Oh, that's your excuse?” He teased, cocking an eyebrow at him. “That's smart, though, just what I would've expected from a successful lawyer like you.”

“Keiji!” Bokuto screeched. “Here I am, being the most romantic boyfriend ever, and all you're doing is mocking me.”

Akaashi chuckled lowly as he intertwined his fingers with his boyfriend's. “I'm just kidding, sweetheart. You should know this.” He said.

“Are you?”

Huh? Wasn't it obvious that he was only joking? Had he hurt his precious, wonderful boyfriend without meaning to?

He leaned in closer to the Alpha and pressed their lips together to share a sweet kiss with the love of his life, making sure he could feel all the love he had for him. He let go of his hand to cup his handsome face as they kept kissing slowly, and Bokuto placed his own hand on the small of his back. His other hand went to his big, 5-month-pregnant belly (Akaashi was sure this had become an instinctive gesture at this point), and he rubbed slow, gentle circles over it. The soft touches made Akaashi purr into the kiss.

“What, mhn,” Bokuto breathed in between the kisses they exchanged, “what kinda parents are we?”

Akaashi pulled back from the kiss and frowned at his lover. “What do you mean by that?”

The Alpha laughed shortly before pulling him as close as he could towards himself. He pulled him all the way until his bump touched his stomach, then gave him a kiss on the cheek.
