Chapter 11:

Today was the day I questioned whether Drake and I are even real friends.

After what happened yesterday, I'm guessing Hannah asked him to speak to me. He arrived this morning, frustration drawn all over his face, eager to lecture me on my love life. How bold of him, considering that his is non-existent.

He started by attempting to guilt-trip me into dating Hannah.
He blabbered about how beautiful she was, as if I was unaware. About how she has managed to earn my trust in such a short duration of time. And he made me choke on guilt by telling me that I broke her heart.

It was unintentional;
I would never break a womans heart with an intent to hurt her.

And that was all okay,
until he began questioning me about you again.
He told me that our love is fake.
That everything we've created during this time is a facade. He said that we're groping onto something that will never happen.
That alternate realities does not exist.
He said that I fanatize about you to fill the voids and the emptiness that I suffer with inside.

He even dared to mention the fact that we'll never be able to hold one anothers hands whilst walking down the aisles of the grocery shop together. That I'd never be able to kiss you in the middle of a sentence. Or rub your back whilst you fall asleep on my beating chest. That we'll never be able to watch sunsets together, curled up in eachothers arms.

He said that we'll have to watch other couples do all the little things. Like those little forehead kisses,
the piggy back rides,
and the feeling of running into your arms and feeling like you're home again.

He claims that all of those are possible to do with her

...with Hannah.
