I hadn't expected Slick to be packed and ready when we got back, but he was. He also looked way too excited to be going on this errand.

Daemons, let alone any creature of pain rarely felt much... Except excitement for causing pain and death usually, but not always.

However, Slick was no exception. He was the kind of creature to enjoy pain and hatred, it gave him pleasure.

Yet, there he was- smiling away which meant that I was going to regret this journey.

"All set?" He asked, grinning.

I nodded, wary. Sagiv growled, noticing the same thing I had.

"What?" He asked innocently.

"Why are you so happy?" I asked, snappy.

"Oh you'll see." He laughed and headed out.

I followed cautious, but I would know soon enough why he was so happy.

-----

When we reached the Gates I stood, shocked.

We were leaving the city? The only reason we'd need to leave Hytia and the only place to go would be the Overworld (Earth) or into the lands of the Seven Sins....

Who the hell was this person Slick needed to meet?

"Slick?"

"Yeah," he grumbled, approaching the Gates.

"Who in the fuck are we going to meet? And where?" I asked, fear betraying my voice.

"Oh you're not scared, are you?" he mocked.

"Of course not, just tell me where we're going!" I snapped and felt Sagiv rumble at my unease.

"Sweetheart, you already know where we're going... The Sins."

Once he said the word I felt as if the air had rippled in horror. Hell, I felt like I wanted to turn and run back to Hytia the way the air was just dripping with dread. However, Slick didn't and he wanted me to accompany him, if I didn't he'd kill me and then with me dead the world would be left to ruins, Jake would become a Daemon, one of utmost power and Heaven would fall. Without Heaven, Hell would rule and with Hell ruling the world would become one dark mass- eternally destoryed.

So, with all that at fault, I had to go with Slick, finish the damn errand (stay alive during it!) and return to get Jake whether he had his soul essence or not and whether he was human or Daemon, I'd come back for him; I'd find a way to reverse Lucifer's Black Magick...

Slick continues to approach the Gates and I follow until a woman- no the seductress from earlier- appears before me. She smiles brightly, an unusual gesture for Hell... I stare at her unsure what to make of her.

"Hello," she says, softly.

"Hi, what are you doing here?" I ask.

"To come with."

"With?"

"To the Sins."

"What business do you have in going there?"

"Much..." Her eyes turn hard and I decide not to ask anymore questions.

"So I'm coming with." She seemed rather...pushy, not so Light now.

I motion to Slick and say, "Try telling him that."

To my amazement as we catch up to Slick, she does.

"I'm coming with you, alright?" I watched as her eyes flicker red and glow.

Slick doesn't budge though. "Fer whut?"
