The next Sin was said to be the worst. He was said to have had my father, Amos and he was said to not let us pass...

But I'd just have to see about that, I thought as I walked through the dark, black tunnel heading to Wrath.

My wing had been bandaged and healed a bit by Laveda, who was oddly quiet now after everything that had happened with Lust.. She seemed almost sad. But then again she could be worried about Wrath. She had said she 'never' went there because it was dangerous, however I knew she wouldn't have rather stayed with Lust. If she had stayed he would've merely tortured her until she either led him to me or drag me back there.. And it seemed as though she was more friendly and wanted to help us now.

Helping reminded me of Slick, he had become less...grotesque and more...decent throughout our journey. It seemed so odd. It was almost like he was becoming a decent Satyr, if that was possible; as if he was regaining some of his humanity.

Was it me? Or this journey?

I didn't know and didn't care to know because I was sure he could snap back to the evil, raping women 'man' he had been.

I reached down and ran my hand over Sagiv's soft ear, hearing him rumble in pleasure. I smiled and petted Akyra who was resting on his back. She yipped quietly and then settled back against Sagiv. I returned to watching the way ahead, my glowing white orb washing over the walls that were decorated in swirling black designs.

I didn't have much time to consider how awful the next Sin was because soon I was walking through the exit of the tunnel and shoved into a dark plain land.

I took a deep, gasping breath as I watched the dim, dark sky flicker with streams of lightning over the cracked desert land. The ground was dry and the sky looked as though it would open up and pour any second, pregnant with rain water.

That was the only thing that was in this realm: the dry, gouged ground and the dark sky with flickering streams of light. I could see no sign of a Sin and I could see no sign of any other creatures or minions. All I seen was the ground and sky for miles and miles in every direction.

Dumbfounded, I turned to give my group a look of confusion. They looked just as stumped as me except for Laveda who was still staring straight ahead into the vast desert land before us.

I turned back around and instantly something slammed into the ground, causing the earth to ripple and me to lose my balance as well as the others.

"He's here," Laveda whispered from her seat on the dry earth beside me.

I was about to ask who, but didn't need to as I watched the dust clear revealing what looked to be a fallen angel; a Daemon. He had short, jet black hair, washboard abs, tan with only shredded pants covering his important areas and giant black wings that towered over himself and us. He might've been rather attractive had he not been Wrath and for the simple fact when his eyes met mine; his held so much hatred I nearly shrunk into myself. I now knew why he was named Wrath.

He pulled his eyes away from mine and directed his angry passion at Laveda. She let out a loud gasp and tried moving back, but ran into the only wall there was: the hill we'd come out of the tunnel from.

"Laveda," Wrath growled, lightning cracking as he said her name. He tilted his head in her direction, but the scowl never left his face. "Who have you brought with you? I was sure last time you wouldn't come...after you stumbled in here and I sent you back to your precious Lust," Wrath sneered, thunder rolling.

Laveda sucked in air, but refused to answer him, her fear plainly written on her face. Clearly she had been here once before.

"We need to pass through," Slick said, his voice relaxed as he stood up.
