NIALL

Niall flew back to England on Thursday, because, although classes started on Monday, he wanted to be with Liam again, two weeks of only seeing him through a screen had been terrible. He hated he was a clingy kind of boyfriend, but he couldn't help to be like that when his boyfriend was the hottest boy that had ever walked the earth. Besides, the lack of cuddles, kisses and especially the lack of sex was going to drive him crazy.

The thing was, Liam said he wasn't going to go back to Uni until Sunday because his birthday was on Saturday and apparently his parents had insisted he stayed home for it. Niall had hinted it would be great if they spent Liam's birthday together, wanting Liam to invite him to his house for the weekend, but he hadn't gotten the hint and he said they could celebrate on Sunday together. The thought had crossed his mind that maybe Liam didn't want him to go there, but the more he though about it, the less sense it made; according to Liam his parents were okay with them dating, because when Niall asked him about it, he replied: 'of course angel, I tell everyone that I'm dating the most amazing and lovely person in the world, how could my parents not be okay with that?', so clearly that wasn't the issue. Maybe there wasn't even an issue, maybe Liam was just stupid and it never occurred to him that Niall would want to see his childhood home and meet his family.

So after considering all the factors, Niall decided he was going to go to Wolverhampton and surprise Liam for his birthday. He was going to take an early train there on Saturday so they could spend all day together and then come back to Uni in Liam's car on Sunday.

As for that Friday evening, he had nothing to do, he considered calling some of his mates to go out to a pub, but then he decided to pay Harry and Lou a visit. He hadn't seen them since Harry's graduation, and he knew they were going to be home, having a little baby didn't allow them to go out much in the evenings, so he went announced.

"Niall!" Harry said when he opened the door.

"Hey mate" Niall said giving him a hug "Missed me?".

"Of course" Harry said patting his back "Why didn't you tell me you were back?".

"I just got here last night" Niall replied walking inside the flat "And today I slept late and then I was busy buying food, there was nothing to eat in that flat".

"Is Liam coming too?" Harry wondered peeking outside the door.

"No, he's in Wolverhampton" Niall answered "I'm going there tomorrow for his birthday".

"Oh that's right, I almost forgot it was his birthday soon" said Harry "I'll remind Lou we need to call him tomorrow".

"Where's Louis and Milo?" Niall asked as he made his way to the couch.

The small living room was kind of messy, it had the bouncer, a baby mat with like an arch that had toys hanging from it , there were other baby toys in the coffee table and on the floor, as well as burp cloths and dummies and a laundry basket filled with baby clothes.

"They're both taking a nap before supper" Harry replied as he started picking up some of the scattered things "Sorry for the mess, I got home from work less than an hour ago".

"No worries, you know I'm just as messy and I don't even have a baby" Niall said "Need some help folding these clothes?".

"Uhm sure, if it's not too much to ask" Harry said sitting down on the one person sofa "I was just getting started with these when you rang the doorbell".

Niall thought it was weird that Harry got home to clean the flat and do the laundry after working all day (the cooking he understood), specially considering Louis didn't have to go to class yet and was home all day, but he didn't say anything, he didn't like to meddle in other people's relationships.
