LOUIS
Louis had decided to just be happy. He was done with crying and feeling sorry for himself, he had too many good things going in life to keep feeling miserable for something he couldn't change. Yes, he had a biological father he never knew existed, his mother had lied to him all his life and his 'father' was dead, but on the other hand, he had a loving and perfect boyfriend, who he hoped was going to be his husband one day, a beautiful and adorable son who brought him joy every day and amazing friends that were incredibly supporting and caring.
"I think we should stop coming to the park on Saturdays" Louis commented as he pushed Milo's stroller.
"Why?" Harry pouted.
"Because the weather is getting too cold" Louis replied.
It was almost the end of October and they were just leaving the park, they had only stayed for about an hour because it was a little windy and they didn't want Milo to get sick again.
"We'll just put on more layers" Harry shrugged.
"I don't think Milo will be able to move if we put more layers on him" Louis chuckled.
Right now, Milo was wearing a long sleeve onesie, socks that reached his thighs, fleece pants, a jumper, a hat, a fluffy brown jacket with a hoodie that had bear ears, his tiny new Ugg boots that Harry's mum had sent him for his 6 month birthday (which was happening the next day, but she sent them early because she wanted Milo to have the boots the minute she bought them), and he was covered with a blanket inside the stroller.
"We can put him on those full winter body suits" Harry suggested.
"Do you want to keep coming to the park when it's raining and snowing?" Louis asked incredulous.
"But it's like our family tradition" Harry whined.
"Coming to the park can be our spring and summer tradition, and we can make another one for fall and winter" Louis suggested.
"Like what?" dared Harry.
"Uhh..." Louis couldn't come up with anything.
"So?".
"I don't know, don't pressure me, I'll come up with something soon" Louis replied.
"It has to be fun" Harry added.
"Speaking about fun, next weekend it's Halloween" Louis said excited "We should decide what Milo's costume will be".
"I vote for a cute baby animal" Harry said.
"That's too boring, he's in animal costumes half the time already" Louis argued and pointed at Milo in the stroller "Exhibit A, today he's a bear".
"Does it really matter? We're not going to take him trick or treating, he can't eat candy" answered Harry.
"I saw a flyer for a Fall Festival yesterday, it's about half an hour up north, and it has a pumpkin patch, a corn maze, a..." Louis was saying.
"That's such a family thing to do!" Harry interrupted, probably too excited.
"... petting zoo and other stuff" Louis finished laughing a bit at Harry's eagerness "So I guess you want us to go?".
"We're definitely going!" Harry exclaimed.
"Okay, then we need to get a costume for Milo, if we go on Saturday all of the kids will be dressed up" Louis said.
"We can go to the shops later today" Harry proposed.
"I want to get him a cute but original costume" Louis said while thought "I wonder what it could be?".
"I think he should be an animal Lou, if we're going to that festival he'll need to wear something warm and animal costumes all usually full body suits".
