10. Are you happy now?

LIAM

Liam had just walked inside his flat that afternoon when his phone rang in his pocket, so he took it out to answer it.

"Hey love" Liam said.

"Where are you?" Niall asked.

"I just got home" Liam replied as he took off his jacket.

"Can you come over to Harry and Lou's?" Niall wondered.

"Why?".

"Lou just left and I'm alone with Milo, and I'm scared I might get him sick again".

"You didn't get him sick last time baby, it wasn't your fault" Liam said "And he's okay now, he was perfectly fine yesterday when I babysat him".

"I know, but still, could you come, please?" Niall begged.

"I was going to study, I have a test on Friday" Liam sighed.

"You can study here, I'll take care of Milo, I just need you to be here in case I screw up" Niall insisted "Please?".

"Alright, I'll be right there" Liam gave up.

"Thank you! You're the best!" Niall said cheerfully.

"I agree".

"Love you".

"Love you too, see you in a few minutes" Liam said and hanged up.

Liam put on his jacket again, grabbed his backpack and left again. He felt a little bad for Niall, he had had really bad luck last week when he had taken care of Milo alone for the first time. But like Liam had told him, Milo was okay now, according to Lou the medication had worked very well and the fact that Harry's mum had showed up the following day that Milo got sick made thing a lot easier, specially for Louis, who had gone to class on Thrusday and Friday knowing that Milo was in good hands with her. It wasn't like Louis and Harry didn't trust Zayn and Liam, who were supposed to babysit those days, but with Milo being sick it had been a lot better that he had been taken care by someone who had more experience.

When Liam arrived at the flat, he opened the door with his key (everyone had a key to Harry and Louis's flat now) and he found Niall playing with Milo in the living room.

"Hi uncle Liam" Niall said waving Milo's hand at him "Thanks for coming".

"I was kind of coerced" Liam said as he dropped his things on a chair.

"No you weren't" Niall said standing up and placing Milo on his hip "I just asked nicely and you said yes".

"You know I can't resist you when you beg" Liam said and pecked his lips softly.

"Yeah I know" Niall grinned.

"And you take advantage of that" Liam said narrowing his eyes at him.

"I'll make it up to you tonight" Niall winked.

"I would't expect less" the brown hair boy said.

Niall laughed and fixed his grip on Milo, who was trying to get Liam's attention and was leaning towards him a bit.

"Come here lovey" Liam said and tried to take him from Niall.

"No, he's mine today" Niall fought.

"He just wants to have a little cuddle with me and then he'll go back to you, I promise".

"Fine" Niall said grumpily and gave him the baby.

"You just wanted to be with your godfather, didn't you baby?" Liam cooed at him and kissed his head "Yeah, that's what you wanted, my little bunny".
