I got this pic from Percy Jackson and the lightning thief movie.

"I have no idea when it comes to these kinds of activities." That was the statement that I gave to Carol when she asked about the training ground.

When Carol asked me whether I was tired guess I should have said yes when we were at the cabin. But I said, "What do you mean by tired? I don't get tired that easily." I regret it now. That's exactly why you should think before you speak.

Carol took me to the training ground which was behind the cabin place. It was as big as the central park in New York. There was a room next to the ground where they stored all the weapons made by them.

While I was looking at it in awe Carol said, "This is the training ground. Where every one of us trains." I asked, "For what?" Now that I think about it, I don't get why in the world we have training grounds. Why do many people who went in search never come back alive? So many questions to ask and so many answers to receive.

Carol who looked at the puzzled me said, "Wanna give it a try? " I gave her a stone statue look. I replied, "I have no idea when it comes to these kinds of activities." "Don't worry about it, I was just asking that's all. Who do you take me for? Trying to spare with a noob. Anyways let's go to the weapon room."

The weapon room looked like an ancient Bedouin tent from the outside. But on the inside, instead of Bedouin's stuff, there were about 200 to 300 regular weapons of various sizes.

"Wow, this room is amazing. I can't believe you guys have made these many weapons and stored them in here." "I know right, there were fewer when I came into this world. But as years flew by the amount here increased." Carol replied with a proud sigh.

We looked around a bit. The swords were beautifully engraved. The daggers were of a variety of sizes and shapes with extraordinary designs. There were lots of spears lying around in the corner of the barn in a very well manner inside spear racks. Descending to ascending. Some of the weapons were made from the bones of some animals. Of all the weapons inside, the only weapon that caught my eye was that beautiful sword with a sharp edge that I saw while we were hunting for a room for me.

The sword gleamed when the sunlight touched its metallic surface. The end was perfectly sharp. The hilt of the sword didn't have much of an engraving it was kept simple.

I approached the sword. Carol saw me approaching it and replied, "That's a very good-looking one. Wanna try holding it." I turned towards her and replied, "Are you sure? Am I allowed to?" "What's wrong with holding a sword I don't get it?" "In that case then I will try."

The sword looked very heavy. With the help of my right hand, I approached the hilt of the sword. I grabbed the sword by its grit. I was afraid that I won't be able to lift it up. But, to my surprise, the sword wasn't as heavy as I thought. It was gleaming so brightly that could blind my eyes.

Carol who was watching me, how nervous I was to carry that sword replied, "Wow, I can't believe it. You were able to carry that sword with one hand in your first go. It took months for me to find the sword that went along my weight class."

For some reason, I felt something weird. Like the kind of feeling that you get when you accomplish something extraordinary. Just lifting this sword felt like a huge accomplishment to me.

We went to the place where they keep the animals that are used for hunting. That place was almost near the training ground. The animals were kept along with their 'groups' in order to prevent any bloodshed.

I saw Alpha, that blue eye wolf. It just gave me an intense stare which made my heart beat a lot for some obvious reason.

There were horses in the stable beside the wolf pack. To get there they have blocked these two entrances in such a way that both these creatures should never meet unless they go for a hunt.

By the time we finished our tour to the training ground, it was lunch. I felt bad for Carol who need to skip her breakfast just for this useless human being but was kind to me and said that it was not a problem at all. What kind of person is she? It's food that you missed bro!

For our lunch, we went to the core of the camp where there were lots of wooden tables and chairs. People sat in groups at each and every table.

Suddenly I raised a question when the thought of food crossed my mind, "What kind of food do you get here?" Carol turned towards me and gave me a vague smile, "Well... It's something that you can eat."

That raised my suspicion level.

"What do you mean by 'something you can eat' ?" I asked trying to be casual as possible. Carol replied, "Ok, what I am going to say might be something you will feel a bit disgusted but bear with it. You will get used to it..." Carol looked at me with a so-called assuring face. "...We eat food that is in the wild. We hunt for some animals like wild buffalo, wild ducks, antelope, and so on."

I was anyway prepared by this thought when we reached here, right? So, not a big problem at all. That's what I kept on saying to myself. I decided to keep my cool and replied, "Oh ok."

Now the desire to leave this world had started rising.
