Chapter 11: Death.

"Daniel! Are you up yet?" His mother asked.

"Yep! Up an hour and a half earlier than usual," Daniel said as he checked the time and got dressed.

"Daniel! What do you want for breakfast?" Abigail asked as she knocked on his door.

"Do we have a dozen donuts? I'm feeling pretty hungry," Daniel said as he walked out of his room and went downstairs.

"Daniel! You know we never have donuts!" Abigail said.

"I know but I was hoping we could get a treat since I just had a first date, a big battle, and destroyed the school," Daniel said, sighing.

"Let's just go downstairs and get some waffles," Abigail said as she ran down the steps. After breakfast, Daniel went back to his room and got on a meeting using his phone with everyone except Landon.

"Hey, everyone! I'm glad to see most of us are here. We need to talk about what we're doing," Daniel said as he sat down.

"Hey, Daniel," Caleb said, weakly.

"Hey," Mia said.

"H-h-hi," Sarah said as tears started to fill her eyes.

"Hello!" Lucy said as positively as possible.

"Yes, we get it, all of us are here except for Landon! Hurry up and spit out the plan!" Alex said as he walked onto Lucy's screen and sat down next to her.

"But I didn't even get to say hi yet!" Yuren said as she sat down next to Yune with a bagel.

"Where's my bagel?" Yune asked.

"Oops! I'll be right back!" Yuren said as she got up to get Yune a bagel.

"Okay! Everyone just settle down. So first, we are going to go see how Landon is doing, then, we need to go to one of your guys' houses to discuss what we know and what our next move will be. We'll go to the hospital to see Landon at one and meet up after okay?"

"Okay, but where will we meet, I mean your house has nosy Abigail and my house would suck thanks to the quadruplets," Caleb said.

"We still need to figure that out."

"We can't go to my house cause it's too small and I know Yune's and Sarah's are too," Mia said.

"She has a point," Yuren said as she came back with Yune's bagel.

"That leaves only one place left," Yune said as she grabbed her bagel.

"NO!" Alex said.

"Yes! It's the biggest and our parents are never here and we don't have siblings so we have to do it here!" Lucy said.

"I'm not letting a bunch of idiots in our house."

"They aren't idiots and we have to!"

"Whether he likes it or not we are going in there," Mia said as she started to smirk.

"I don't like the look of that face," Yune said as she finished her bagel.

"How about we just call it a plan and stop here for now," Daniel said.

"No," Alex said.

"Sure," Everyone else said.

"Okay then! See you guys at one!" Daniel said, ending the meeting and walking downstairs. At one, everyone arrived and went in to see Landon and learn about his condition.

"How is he?" Daniel asked the nurse that showed them to the room.

"He's injured, but he's going to be out for a while," The nurse said.
