Chapter 2: Sparks

"Three months ago two new heroes started protecting the city, their names Eclipse, and Luna. Now people are starting to follow their lead all over the world just legally meaning they are known real names and all," The man on the news said.

"I might have to start watching out for the police myself based on that," Daniel muttered as he ran out the door.

When he got to school he was a few minutes late.

"Daniel! Try to make it on time for once."

"Sorry, Mr. Studder," Daniel said, taking his new seat next to Tom and Sarah and in front of Mia.

"Daniel, when class is over, come out to the hallway you're in big trouble."

"Yes, Mr. Studder."

At lunch, he sat by Tom, Sarah, and Mia.

"Have you heard of one of the newest heroes?" Mia asked

"We've heard about all of them, unlike a couple of somebodies who are never up to date," Tom said.

"Hey! It's not my fault that it requires using my phone. You know I don't do much with this thing."

"You must be a moron to call me someone who isn't up to date," Mia said, making a fist.

"It's true."

"Just because it's true doesn't mean you should say it."

"Calm down you three. Here watch this one. It has two of my favorites," Sarah said, putting her phone down on the table for Daniel and Mia.

On-screen two people were causing chaos in the marketplace. One of them was completely covered in ice, and the other was covered in stone. Then from the right two people appeared. One of them looked about their age, had short spiky blonde hair and eyes that glow a bright sky blue. He wore a black jacket along with a black glove on his right hand and jeans with black shoes. The other man was completely covered in white armor.

"I am the warrior that will protect and save everyone. I am the White Knight," The man in white armor said as he drew a sword.

"I am the great Spark, and I will be one of the greatest heroes of all time," The Blonde haired boy said.

"I'll take the boy you take the knight," the man covered in ice said.

"Okay," The man covered in rock said

"Die, boy!" The iceman yelled.

"We'll see about that," Spark said as he activated his power. He then shot a lightning bolt out of the sky and onto the iceman.

"I could use some help over here Spark!" The White Knight said as he fought the rockman.

"Do you want me to disintegrate him too?" Spark asked

"Remember kid try not to kill them but other than that go on ahead,"

"Fine," Spark said as he shot the guy with a ball of lightning and knocked him out.

"Look at those two. They did incredible," Mia said, staring in disbelief at the phone.

"You mean Spark did incredible," Sarah responded.

"Sarah, can we talk?" Tom asked.

"Sure."

"Privately."

"Okay."

They moved away from Mia and Daniel.

"Don't tell me you also like two people," Tom said
