"Happy birthday, Gil!"

"Thank you, Hanz. Buti nakadating kayo?" I said as I hugged him.

Tumawa ito at inabot ang isang paper bag na may brand ng mga damit, "Syempre naman! Akala ko sa Taguig ka mag b-birthday. My gift for you, by the way."

"I want to celebrate it here eh, thank you for this."

ㅤ

I entertained some of our visitors when I got out earlier. Maraming lumalapit sa akin na mga kabusiness partner nila Mommy. Some of them are familiar to me so I talk with them a bit. Nung nagkaroon ako ng pagkakataon na maka-alis sa kanila ay dumiretso ako kila Killuash na kasama ang iilang kaibigan namin na galing pa sa Taguig.

Pagkatapos ibigay ni Hanz ang kanyang regalo ay lumapit din sa akin si Jovanne at nag-abot ng isang box ng sapatos.

"Ang laki mo na, Hyacinth! Happy birthday, enjoy!"

I chuckled. "Thank you, Jovanne."

"Walang anuman." he said and smiled softly.

Jovanne and Hanz are my other friends from Taguig. Sa totoo lang ay hindi ko naman sila ganoon ka-close. They are originally Killuash's friends. Nakakasama lang namin sila ni Symoune tuwing kasama namin si Ash. Basically, we are from different circle of friends pero dahil kay Killuash ay nakilala ko sila.

Some of our girl friends also came to me and gave me a gift.

"Happy birthday. I miss you so much, Hyacinth. We lost connection since you got here. Kung hindi pa ako nag tanong kay Killuash ay hindi ko alam na nandito ka." Agatha said while pouting.

Isa din siyang kaibigan ko na nakilala ko dahil kay Killuash. She's one year ahead of us kaya parang ate ko na rin siya. But she doesn't want me to call her like that.

"I miss you too, Agatha. I'm busy adjusting here so I forgot to inform all of you. Salamat nga pala sa pag punta.."

They have a lot of questions for me so I spend time catching up with them for the time we lost. They even ask about Moonchild since nabalitaan nila mula kay Killuash ang pagsali ko sa banda. They started eating so I excuse myself to entertain my other friends.

Lumapit ako sa lamesa nila Levi kung nasaan sila Elisha at ang Moonchild. Ang iba naming kaklase ay nasa katabi nilang lamesa. They look at me as I walk towards them na para bang kanina pa nila ako hinihintay. I still can't forget their surprise to me earlier.

"Ang ganda mo, Hyacinth!" Elisha said as I sat down in the vacant chair beside Levi.

I notice they're wearing casual clothes. Ang mga babae ay naka dress at ang lalaki naman ay naka simple t-shirt lang at shorts.
