Note: This is a continuation of "Mog, what happened?"
Good evening everyone! I'm your host Andromeda the Watcher. Tonight, we have an update on our current story. There are reports that the multiverse is starting to become slightly unstable. People are glitching in and out of universes. Eventually, we will reach a state of chaos where no one will be able to close the multiverse. If the multiverse goes on like this, it will collapse. And we all know what that means. Our only hope is that someone will take over the timeline and restore balance once more.
“Number two, who is she and why is she here? I told Kedgeree that I wanted to see you. You and only you. I didn’t ask you to bring a friend.”
Morrigan and Jacked looked at each other. And in that moment, they realized that this was far worse than they could have anticipated.
Jack took a step forward.
" Uncle Jove," he said carefully, "You know Morrigan. She's like a daughter to you."
Jack and Morrigan looked at each other at the same time. Morrigan was confused. Was that true? She got ready to open her mouth and ask him, but he answered her before she could even ask him.
"Yes, Morrigan," Jack replied, rolling his eyes, "You're like a daughter to him."
Jupiter shot her a dirty look.
"I don't have any children," Jupiter said, exasperated, "But that doesn't matter. Come on, Jack. We have matters to attend to. Leave your friend here."
Jupiter began to turn around and walk away. Then, he stopped and looked back at Jack.
"I thought we got rid of that outfit," he said; voice full of resentment as he looked at his outfit "I hate it. Too much color. Perhaps you could take a page from your friend's book and wear black. It's a lovely color."
Morrigan and Jack looked at Jack's outfit. Today, he was wearing blue pants, with a purple vest over a white long sleeve shirt. Morigran was very confused. Number one, Jack usually wore things like this without any issues. Number two, Jupiter helped Jack put this outfit together.
"But Jupiter-" Morrigan began, but Jupiter cut her off.
"Silence you silly little girl," he said, harshly.
Morrigan felt her face grow warm. This isn't the Jupiter I know, she thought to herself. What's going on? And why is this happening?
"Uncle Jove," Jack said, pleaded with him, "Please, calm down,"
"This is ridiculous," Jupiter said angrily, "You know that I hate it when you waste my time. We're leaving. Now. And you will leave your silly little friend here."
Morrigan felt a familiar wave of fire rise up from her chest and into her throat. Before she could try to stop herself, a big ball of fire came out of her mouth. Morrigan and Jack watched as Jupiter narrowly managed to avoid getting hit with it. The ball of fire hit the wall behind him, which caused a big burn mark to appear on it. Jupiter looked at the mark, and then at her with narrowed eyes.
"That's it," he growled, "You're leaving,"
Jack stepped in front of Morrigan.
"Leave her alone," Jack said.
"Move out of my way, John," Jupiter said with the same tone of voice as he slowly approached them.
Morrigan grew more and more nervous. She looked around them for a way out. Jack continued to try to convince Jupiter to leave her alone, but Jupiter can not be swayed. Before she knew it, Jupiter was in front of them. Jupiter picked up Jack with ease and placed him next to him. He was getting ready to pick up Morrigan next, probably so he could remove her, but a voice called out from behind Morrigan and caused him to freeze.
"Step away from her."
