"What's going on? Why are the alarms going off?" Jungkook asked running in, Lisa following as everyone had assembled into the hall.

"Ah you're here, let me explain the situation now" Taehyung said calmly, showing off his composure even in a hectic situation so that everyone could be controlled.

"A major VIP from the UAE, is coming here right now, due to a major health complication, and we were the closest medical services from his path. He was returning from a visit to a location nearby. We have to assure no problems for his visit as it could turn into a major country versus country issue if anything goes wrong." Taehyung started as he noticed everyone had tuned in.

"He has a few health complications, and according to the people there, he seems to be in critical health. We have to just maintain him until his doctor arrives from the UAE" Taehyung explained as he checked his watch.

"It's currently 20:20, we are unable to have connection with our higher ups due to connectivity issues, so the situation is in our hands." Taehyung further said as the doctors in the room started to wear nervous expressions.

"I never signed up for this, political drama. What if we get punished for doing a mental check up our way or something" Hyuck, one of the nurses whispered to Hobi, who just shrugged unsure himself.

"It'll be alright, just think of it as any other VIP patient in your hospital" Taehyung reassured, over hearing them as the medical team slightly eased, but still remained on their toes.

Sirens nearby went off, as it alerted the people inside.

"All soldiers, I want you on guard outside, protecting the premises. The following ; Jimin, Jungkook, Su Ji and Yoongi will be inside with us. Move" Taehyung commanded, shifting to his authoritative role as everyone immediately followed the instructions.

The medical team present were in awe of how quickly they changed and acted so professionally right then and there, as everyone had acted without a sight of hesitancy.

"Medical team, report to the Medical entrance for procedures, now please" The captain said, as the team proceeded to what he said.

The few soldiers Taehyung had asked to be with him had followed him out as they went to the cars to escort the VIP inside.

The VIP was immediately rushed inside the doors of the Medi cube, as he was moved from the stretcher to the medical bed, already unable to move.

"I'm checking his stats now" Jisoo said, taking her incharge role as she moved beside the bed, doing a check up with the nurses and the other two surgeons assisting her.

"Something's not right" she said as she saw he was having trouble breathing and pain on his sides.

"What do you mean? Can you diagnose it?" He asked her as she furrowed her eyebrows together.

"It's hard to say so, our X day machine isn't saying much either, and we don't have one with better equipment, I need to see the his medical list" she said as she turned to Taehyung for help.

He explained the situation to the Arab escorts in English, who very hesitantly handed it to him, to which Taehyung handed it to Jisoo.

The Arab escorts had already begun talking about their situation amongst themselves in Arabic, a language none of them inside spoke.

"Well? Anything else?" Dong hyun, one of the other surgeons asked as Jisoo ran a hand through her hair frustratedly.

"It's a blank. Most VIP patients often don't list their medical conditions, just like this one, I've seen it at our hospital too. This is leading us no where" she sighed as Jin looked up.

"It seems his breathing is erratic again, we need to give him something to let his airways expand" he told Jisoo who nodded and was about to get something, but was called by one of the Arabs.

"Use this one, this is approved by us" he said in English but Jisoo caught the gist of it as he opened a case filled with needles and vials.

Jimin sent her a nervous look as she picked it up, but furrowed her eyebrows seeing no label.

Seemingly catching on, he continued.

"This is what the doctor gave, just use it" he said, and she again made out what he said here and there.

"Well his doctor is his doctor, he must be more experienced with his conditions" Jin said as she sighed and nodded, passing it to Dong Hyun for him to inject.

Sadly however, everyone sprang into panic as his body started unfortunately reacting badly to the vials content, causing his to go into a seizure.

"Inject a synthesiser!" Jisoo told Jin who immediately followed through, scanning through their own set and adding the appropriate medicine, which had caused the body to calm down.

"There's abdominal swelling as well, I'm guessing it's Internal bleeding, severe at that, but we won't know unless we operate" she said with a sigh as she looked towards the nurses.

"Prepare an OR, we need to operate, get the anaesthesia ready" she said instructing the anaesthesiologists as well, then turning towards Jin and Dong Hyun,

"Only one other can come with us into the operation theatre, which one is it?" She asked them as Jin volunteered.

Just as they were about to proceed however, they were stopped by the Arabs.

"No! We can't let you operate on Sir Mohammad. We can't just let anyone operate on him" he exclaimed stopping them from moving, as Jisoo widened her eyes.

"He's saying he can't let you operate on them" Taehyung translated as Jin and Dong Hyun shared a worried look.

"What? Tell him that he's going to die if we don't do something, he's already in bad shape!" She pushed at Taehyung as everyone was watching rooted to their spots and anxious.

"No. The Arab doctor will arrive in 45 minutes, he's the only one who can operate on him." The escort persisted as Taehyung delivered the message.

"He won't live for 45 minutes! He's going to die if we don't operate right now" Jisoo persisted as Taehyung pursed his lips, once delivering the message.

Looking back at the soldiers behind him, he gave a small signal, and seeing it, the Arabs immediately raised their guns towards them, only to be returned with guns raised towards them too.

The medical team shrieked or curses silently, or even just stood rooted in fear as they were not used to this.

Things seemed to be getting heated up a lot, with guns being raised and a medical staff being on the verge of breaking down, it seemed like chaos was going to break.

"Lower your guns now!" A voice rang in Korean, and after identifying it every one of the soldiers with their guns raised immediately complied, immediately standing in attention at the authority in front of them.
