"That was the shittiest night ever, I'm going to sleep" Jisoo said as she headed towards the bunks.

Almost everyone in the medic had collectively agreed following her to catch some shut eye of their own, as the military team was waiting for instructions.

"Go on, you deserve rest too. It's fine now that the VIP is gone, we can go back to...normal" Taehyung said not realising that he had trailed off a moment there.

However the soldiers seemed to sleep driven to noticed as they all had fled that moment heading to their own bunks.

"Worried about Jennie?" Jimin asked as he came to stand beside Taehyung, who had just sighed for the umpteenth time.

"H-huh? Uh maybe?" He said scratching his head awkwardly as Jimin only shook his head at his best friend.

"Oh come on, don't act like I haven't noticed you two getting all lovey dovey. Just tell her you like her when she gets back, I'm sure she feels the same way" Jimin said as Taehyung only shrugged.

"Why don't you go get some sleep? I mean I know it's morning already by now, but you must be tired" Taehyung said turning to him as Jimin gave him an unbelievable look.

"You'll never change huh? Same old Taehyung, always changing the topic. Anyways you come too, her hearing is for a while and she won't be back soon either" Jimin said grabbing his arm and pulling him to walk beside him.

"What? No way all of us can't sleep? What ab-" Taehyung began as Jimin only gave him a side eye.

"Shut it, nothing here needs to be guarded currently. You've worked all night too so get some sleep. No arguments" he said as the latter sighed yet agreed.

"This has been the most tiring shift ever" Lisa said coming back from the bathroom as she spoke to Soojin, before reaching her bunk and putting her clothes in.

"My legs are killing me, I'm going to get some water, be back in a minute" the girl said turning around to leave as Lisa put her uniform in the laundry bin.

"Are you ready to go to bed?" Jungkook asked her from his bunk as he looked down at her, his feet dangling off the edge.

"Hm? Oh yeah it's been way to tiring. I'll think when I nee..." she began yet trailed off unconsciously when she saw him, as she widened her eyes.

Jungkook sat in sweat pants and a t shirt with his sleeves rolled, his biceps clearly visible as you could see a trace off his well defined abs, as well as a few tattoos on his arm.

"...u-uh sorry couldn't f-find the words. I meant I'll think of what's to come tomorrow." She continued covering up her embarrassment as she turned around and her hair effectively covered up her red ears.

'When did he that become not?'

Lisa thought as she could feel her cheeks beating up.

"Lisa? Are you good? You should probably get some sleep, the tiredness seems to be hitting you hard" Jungkook  said oblivious to the reason she reacted.

"I-yeah. I'll talk to you tomorrow *cough* goodnight" she said before soundlessly climbing into her bed.

Hearing a mutter of a good night from him and movement on his side before it went silent, she assumed he fell asleep and let out a breath she was holding.

"Never again Lisa, compose yourself"

Taehyung got up and went outside once it was around 3 pm.

Realising he slept in enough he showered and had washed his face, going outside not feeling that hungry then and there.

He decided to take a walk around the grounds, as although it was supposed to be sunny, the sky was cloudy seeming as though it would rain soon.

Walking around he was just wearing a grey T shirt with his official uniform pants, along with the authorised boots.

And although it was nothing special, he would 24/7 looked like he had just come out a fictional fairly tale, seemingly too good to be true.

However, what Taehyung didn't not expect, was to find an all too familiar figure sitting on one of the Boulder stones at the cliff, which provided a spectacular view.

"Jennie..." his name rolled off her tongue as the said girl turned around to face him, and she gave him a smile, as he came to join her.

He was awestruck, as this was the first time he had ever seen her in a uniform, the official one atop of that, and he couldn't deny it did things.

Although it was unfamiliar, it was a breath of fresh air, and she looked amazing in it as well, although her hair had been let down by then and flowed freely from time to time as the breeze passed by.

However, as ravishing as she did look, the mood wasn't the same.

It was more tense and gloomy than anything, as she held her hat with her stars in her hands, which rested atop her folded knees.

Sitting beside her, he dusted his hands once before looking out at the view as well.

"So? What did he say?" He asked her as she sighed.

"Well, I'm not fired, that's one good thing. However, due to pressure by the blue house, my promotion rank to Colonel was cancelled and I'm suspended from applying for another 6 months, and my next 2 month pay is docked" she said as he only nodded in response.

"Hey, at least you have Savings and your major rank is higher compared to normal majors due to you coming through the special forces. Right?" He said trying to encourage her as she smiled.

"Maybe, but I still feel disappointed in my own government right now. I guess that's justified for what I did though right?" She bitterly chuckled as he only turned to look at her.

Before they knew it, a drop fell from the sky, followed by another as it started to rain.

"We should go inside, it's raining after all" he said as he began to stand up, but noticed jennie wasn't moving at all.

"I actually think I'm gonna stay here a bit, under the rain, you can go if you don't want to get wet though" she told him as he thought a moment before sitting down.

"We're friends, I'll be there for you" he replied in turn as she looked up at the sky with closed eyes, feeling the rain drops falling on her face and tattering on the goring beside her.

And as Taehyung watched her, he made a new memory, and just seeing her like this evoked new feelings, as he saw a more emotional side of her.

And just like that, the two sat under the rain, getting completely drenched yet not caring.
