Drew and I sat in my bed watching Netflix, and surprisingly we were not naked! Today was Drew’s birthday, and the two of us were patiently waiting for Andy to leave so the fun could start. The reason that Drew was over at my house and not his was because his mother wanted him to leave so she could decorate and prepare everything.

“Aksana,” Andy shouted from the base of the stairs, “I’m about to leave for Louis’ doctor’s appointment.”

“Alright,” I replied, and then asked, “When will you be back?”

Andy laughed, “Hopefully before three. Love you!”

I replied, “Love you too.” The front door closed, and Andy’s car started loudly.

Drew slid his hand down my pajama shorts, and he began to fondle with my crotch; it’s his birthday, so whatever he wants to do I’ll let him do it. I switched the TV over to the radio and put on some soft music, and Drew started to pull down my underwear and shorts.

Then, he pulled off his white t-shirt, and he helped me with my black one. “I want to try something new,” Drew whispered as he kissed my neck, and I took off my bra.

“Alright,” I replied with a smile.

Drew explained, “You’ve got to lie down and relax, and I promise it won’t hurt you at all.” I scooted down to where I could lie down, and Drew placed his head between my legs.

Four orgasms and one great sex session later, I was snuggled up to Drew’s body, and he had his arm wrapped around me. My fingers ran down the scars on his chest, and I felt a wave of depression hit me—there was only one thing that I could think about when I saw those scars, Ramona.

A few tears escaped my eyes, and Drew picked me up and laid me on top of him. He had his arms wrapped around me, and between his kisses Drew whispered, “You’re thinking about her again, aren’t you?”

“Her birthday is next week,” I brokenly said.

Drew pressed his lips against my forehead, and he softly said, “I know,” and then his voice broke, “it’s going to be ok.” We laid in bed crying in silence, and Drew rubbed my bare back. “Hey,” Drew asked lovingly, “Do you want to have a memorial service for Ramona?”

“That would be nice,” I sighed.

“You can meet a lot of my family,” Drew said happily, “Some of them are staying at my house, and they’ve been dying to meet you.”

I looked up at Drew, who was smiling and obviously trying to get me to smile, and it worked. “They really want to meet me?” I asked in disbelief.

Drew laughed, “My γιαγιά (grandma) is staying in my room, and every time I go in there she takes one of our pictures and says, ‘Andreas I want to meet this girl!’”, I laughed at the high pitched accent he used, and Drew continued, “And I always say, ‘I’ll bring Aksana over on my birthday, γιαγιά.”

Then, I sat up on Drew’s lap and he scooted up against the headboard, I smiled, and stated, “I guess that I’m going to meet her today.”

Drew nodded, and cupped the sides of my face. Before he kissed me, Drew said lovingly, “There’s the smile I wanted to see.”
