Looking in my closet I bite my lip at what I should wear. "No, no, too formal, why did I purchase this, wow I need to throw that out." Sighing I go to my phone and call my mum.

"Hello honey how's school ?" My mom asks cheerfully and I smile at her. "Im good mom but I have a problem, I have a date tonight, I think and I don't know what to wear." I say and I hear her gasp before she giggles. "My daughter, going on a date." My mom says before I feel light behind me seeing Stella across the hall posing in her mirror with her light shining next to her. I close my door and put up a noise canceling spell. "Yes mum a date but it's a party with all the first years and I wonder what I should wear." I say while my mother starts sputtering out clothing ideas before I spot a dress I haven't worn yet. "Mom case closed I found a dress." I tell her. "Eh this will do."

Hanging up with my mom I take a quick shower and put on the dress. Putting on gold jewelry and wedged black Sandals, I dry my hair before quickly putting on some makeup. Spritzing on my vanilla scented perfume and some deodorant, I set everything back where it was before tidying up my room. Hearing a knock at the door; I smile before heading for the door. Opening it up I smile up at Riven letting him in. "Come in, I'm almost done." I say while he nods coming in shutting the door behind him. "You look beautiful love." Riven says and I turn back smiling at him. "Thank you." I say while I grab my phone turning back to him bumping into him. "Oh I'm sorry." I say taking a step back before I look around the room making sure I grabbed everything. "Okay you ready ?" I ask turning back while he's looking at pictures of me, my friends from home and my parents. "Taking my hand softly he looks at me while I smile." Walking down the halls hand in hand a girl walks by. Riven thinks I don't notice but I see the subtle look he gives her and she to him. Letting it go because it's not my problem, we keep walking to the party. Music is blasting and people are dancing and I'm in my element. "I'm going to get us drinks love." He says and I nod while he walks away. A song plays that I love and I can't help but get in on the dancing. Swaying my hips to the song I get lost in the beat. Feeling hands on my hips,  I turn back to see a boy I don't know and I pull away from him but he pulls me back. "No thank you I'm waiting for someone." I say smiling at him. "It's just a dance come here." He says but my eyes glow orange and he backs up. "She said she doesn't want to dance mate." Riven says while the guy backs off and leaves. Turning to him he hands me a drink and I sip it looking at him.

"How did you know this is my favorite ?" I say before I smile. "Sky."

"Yeah." He says before I continue to sway to the music. Pulling me in we dance to the song together. I sing along to the song and he smiles at me. "You have a pretty voice." He says and I giggle before taking a sip of my drink. The song finishes and we walk over to Sky and Stella...

"Are Sky and Stella ?"

"Dating again yes, I told him it's a bad idea." Riven says and I reply with agreement. "She's nice, somewhat but she and Sky aren't meant for each other." I say while we see Bloom and Aisha getting ready to play beer pong. Standing to the side with Stella we watch the boys vs. girls match. It's all going good we're all laughing, Stella left not even five minutes into the match. Another guy approaches me and I see him fully. "Sam !" I say while he smiles hugging me. Terra introduced me to her brother the second day of school and he's cool. We bonded over our love for art. "How are you Daisy ?" He says and I smile brighter at the nickname. "I'm good Sam how are things with you and Musa ?" I say and he blushes "She's brilliant." He says and I nod before I see her off in the distance. "Go talk to her." I say pushing him towards her. He looks back at me and I usher him on. Smiling after him I'm watching hopefully another ship sail. Hearing commotion I see beer exploding and a pissed off Riven. "Riven what happened ?" I ask looking at him while he holds his hand up and I look to Bloom. "Sorry." She says before leaving. "Are you okay ?" I ask seeing how red his lips are. "Did she burn you ?" I question looking at his lips better. "No the beer was just hot and made my lips hot, I'm fine love." He says and I nod before lifting my fingertips to touch his lips. My fingers glow softly before I pull away. "There all better." I say smiling at him. He smiles before kissing my forehead. "Thank you love, I'll be right back." He says looking past me. I nod my head and watch him leave before looking back at Sky. "What ?" I ask seeing the look on his face. "He's just going to hurt you, and the last thing I want is for you to get hurt." He says before walking away and I'm left speechless. "Huh ?" I mumble to myself before shaking it off. "He acts like we're dating each other." I say before another one of my favorite songs come on. Chase Atlantic's "Dancer in the dark" comes on and I start to dance. I see Terra standing off to the side and I grab her pulling her to dance with me. "Relax Terra just dance." I say and we both dance to the song. After the song ends we both get a drink and my heart stops seeing Riven and the girl hand in hand from earlier walking off to a room along with Dane trailing behind them. "That bugger was right." I say to myself. "Terra I'm going to head back to the dorms okay you have a good night." With that I walk away going after to where they went. Seeing them go into a room, they close the door and I walk up putting my ear to the door.
