Training

The next morning the group meets at the front of the castle gates. Everyone is there huddled together ready to leave while I hear a shout behind me. Ryder hastily runs up to me hugging my legs tight. "Bye I'll miss you !" Ryder says into my thighs and I smile picking him up. "I'll miss you too little dude." I say kissing both his cheeks before he hugs me. "Be careful sister." He says before whispering something in my ear that's has me gasping and sitting him down quickly. "Ryder you shouldn't speak that way!" I say while Ryder laughs before running off chasing a likleplop. "Let's get back to School, Stella if you will." I say while Stella stops picking at her nails before using her ring to open a portal back to the school. "What did your brother tell you ?" Riven asks while we begin to walk through. "Uh nothing important." I reply dragging my bag behind me. "Let me get that for you." Riven says before taking the bag easily into his arms before glancing at me. "You want to hangout later after classes ?" He wonders while I shrug nonchalantly. "Yeah that's fine with me." I  reply before we head into the fairy side of the school. Setting my bag down on the bed Riven looks at me once more while I tilt my head slightly smiling at him. "Yes Riven ?" I ask while he goes to speak but doesn't saying a quick goodbye while kissing my cheek leaving through my door silently.

Taking a quick shower I head back to my room off in a daze. Bumping into someone I apologize before I see Dane and I glare. "Never mind I take it back." I say going around him but he quickly grabs my wrist. "I didn't mean to hurt her, honest." Dane says and I feel my eyes glowing orange and he lets me go. Sighing my eyes turn back to normal and I cross my arms. "You're playing a dangerous game Dean, fooling around with Beatrix, she'll get you hurt or worse killed." I say before walking past him down the hall. "He doesn't love you you know." A feminine voice says and I turn seeing Beatrix come out of the shadows. "Okay ? And that's supposed to hurt my feelings ?" I say with a huff before continuing down the hall. "He will come back to me eventually, they always do." Beatrix says with a sickeningly sweet smile while I just raise a brow stopping mid stride before I make a face, lightly turning to her with a smile of my own. "Do you really think a word that comes out of that overly pompous ass mouth of yours bothers me ?" I say popping a hip and crossing my arms. "You don't phase me one bit." I say dropping my smiling facial expression before turning again shooting the middle finger over my shoulder making a quick walk to my door. "I'll enjoy killing her." Beatrix whispers under her breath before seeing Dane. "Carry on." Beatrix says before heading the opposite way to her dorm room.

Lydia stands with the group of people from her class seeing the specialists across from her— she spots Riven and I smile while he does the same back before looking away when Silva speaks. "We've watched you for a couple of weeks now and have concluded on which fairy and specialist to match up." Silva speaks before Miss. Dowling speaks next. "Your trials and tests prepared you for this, now let's continue with the pairings."

Miss. Dowling calls Riven coming to stand next to me. "For the next couple of days you will be put through tests to test your compatibility with one another in real life threatening scenarios all will be different until then it's time for lunch." She finishes and we all separate heading to the canteen Riven walking with me. "So I was thinking a movie night ?" Riven says glancing over to me while I smile nodding. "Yeah that works for me, sure." I say while we hop in line to eat. "I'll grab the snacks and we bunk in my room I have a projector we can use for the movies." I reply grabbing a bowl of fruit to put on my tray before grabbing a sandwich with veggies. "Works for me love." He says smirking at me while I roll my eyes playfully heading out of the line with Riven following. We sit down and eat in moderate silence us talking occasionally about home life and various topics we seem to find common interests in. After lunch we throw our rubbish away while he wraps an arm around me while we laugh at a joke he said. "You are many things Riven, many things." I giggle while he glances down at me before grinning all smug. "Is that right ?" He says while I nod while we stop waiting on the rest of our group to show. "Are we early for once ?" I ask looking around seeing not a soul in sight.

Walking around the school fire dancing at my fingertips on high alert Riven grasps at his sword behind his back. "This must be a test I mean she told us after lunch but she didn't say when." I tell Riven before we stop hearing a screech and Riven pulls be back next to him almost behind him. "Riven what do you think it is ?" I wonder now letting lightening crackle along my fingers before it crumbles away when we hear the screech again. It rounds the corner and my breath hitches seeing a burned one. My heart rate increases and I'm backing up more with riven while the burned one screams running towards us. I hear Rivens sword coming from the sheath and I glance slightly at him while doing the same to me before fire ignited in my palms.

Fighting off the monster I ignite it on fire while Riven stabs the burned one with the sword before beheading it quickly. It's body burns away before I feel my world shift before I'm back in the field of the school grounds and I'm hearing clapping behind us. Turning around I see Silva and Dowling and I smile. "Congratulations you two you passed." Silva says and I smile happily while jumping a bit before Riven brings me into a hug he goes to kiss me but stops and my eyes widen while his eyebrows raise slightly before he sets me back down softly with a small thud. "You two go get cleaned up, you were in the simulator for two hours." Dowling says while Riven and I look at each other before I grab his hand waving by to the two teachers while I tug him away into the school. Walking to a quiet corridor I turn building up the courage I pull Riven into a kiss. It's soft and sweet and Riven shudders slightly before bringing his hands to cup my face. Pulling away I come back to the world of the living and my eyes widen. "I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that, oh my pixiepurl I'm going to ruin this I'm." Stopping me with a kiss i sink into the kiss while my back hits the wall. We kiss for what feels like hours but only a few moments before he pulls away. "That's a nice way to shut me up." I say delirious and he smiles brushing his thumb against my bottom lip. "I'm gonna go change then meet you in your room okay." He says before kissing me quickly again before heading off. I go to my room cleaning my room quickly, setting up the projector pulling out my stash of drinks and snacks setting them aside before I dress in sweatpants and a long sleeve shirt. Brushing my teeth quickly, I hear a knock on the main door and I smile rinsing out my mouth and tooth brush before wiping my hands going to the door. Opening it up I see riven with the movies in his hands and I smile tugging him in before shutting the door.

We settle in for a movie I've never seen before and I watch in wonder at it before glancing over to Riven. "Are there more movies than this one ?" I ask staring at the movie title from the dvd box. "Of Star Wars ? Yeah loads more we can watch them all if you'd like ?" Riven says while I nod laying further in the bed. Silence ensues a little longer before Riven turns to look over me and I smile softly. "Yes ?" I ask before he smiles. "Can I kiss you now ? It's all I've been thinking about I can't get enough of it." Riven says and I nod before he sinks down bringing me into a deep kiss. The movie credits have long since rolled and articles of my clothing have long since slipped off. "I'll have to stop if you're not ready to go further I'll wait." Riven says while I raise a brow before I sigh rolling my eyes. "Let me guess Sky said I'm sensitive? That boy is so protective it's unreal." I say while Riven gives me a confused look. "I'm not a goody goody, yes I follow the rules but I'm no virgin Riven." I say while he blinks at me before smiling before sitting up looking at the time. "It's late I should go." Riven says and i furrow my brows while sitting up not minding my limited nudity while I grab his arm. "You don't have to leave, it is the weekend after all, you have no training either. We can stop what we were doing and just watch movies. I'm okay with that." I say while he thinks for a moment before settling back into the bed. "Okay it's just that I don't want you to think I'm using you, I like you okay and I don't want to fuck it up." Riven replies while I shrug my head, laying back down not bothering to put my shirt back on. Riven glances down at my neck and chest where he's left marks I'll have to cover up but he still doesn't lay back down. "Riv please lay back down, look I'll even put my shirt back on so it doesn't bother you." I say while he shakes his head. "Not it doesn't bother me I want you so badly right now, you're so god damn tempting." Riven says while I smile softly. "Then let me tempt you." I reply while sitting up slowly unclasping my bra— letting the straps fall down my arms. Throwing the bra over my shoulder I sit up straddling his hips while he continues his eye contact with me before bringing me into a fiery kiss.
