Chapter 7: Unexpected Encounter

"So, what are we gonna do today? " Win asked hanging upside down on my bed.

" I don't know, maybe watch some movie. " Mean suggested. Unlike Win we were both sitting on the floor.

It's been one week since the semester's break started, so we only have a week left for out little vacation to end. We're at my dorm today deciding what to do.

It's been six months since the school year started too. Six months with the same routine. I still stalk Perth, of course, and Win still tries to convince me to just confess which I never concider a bit. He's still the same, mesmerizing as ever and I'm still admiring every inch of him. I really sound like a psychopath right now. Maybe Win is right, I am a freak. A freaking handsome admirer.

" What movie? " I asked this time.

" Ohh! Let's watch End Game! " Win suggested excitedly.

" Let's! I can't believe we never watch that. " Mean stated.

" But I already watched that. " I wined.

" Then rewatch it. Just don't tell spoilers! " Win warned me. I just rolled my eyes.

" I'm not you Win. I'll just buy snacks outside, I'll be back. " I told them.

" Buy some chips and juice Saint. " Win said.

" Cookies for me Saint, thank you! "

I grab my phone and wallet then I went outside. There are convenience stores everywhere so I had no problem looking for it. I went inside to one of the stores near the dorm and grab everything that I wanted. There was no cookies or bread that I'm craving so after I payed I searched for a bakeshop or a cafe.

I found a cafe 3 blocks away. It was far but not that far for me. I entered the cafe and got welcomed by the aromas of sweet pastries, chocolate and coffee. The inside of the store is styled as a mix of vintage, aesthetic and modern which is very trendy nowadays. I would like to hang out in here if I have time but I have two dorks waiting for me on my dorm so maybe next time.

They have all kinds of pastries that smells and looks delicious. I can't believe I've never been here before. I gone to the counter without even looking at the cashier that was bowing his head texting something on his phone because I was busy deciding what to order.

" Welcome, Can I take your orde- " he cut his own sentence and I felt my body stiffined.

I knew the owner of that voice without even looking. Damn! Even his breathing I'll know it too. I slowly lifted my eyes to his hazel ones. And I suddenly forgot to breathe. My heart beat faster again and I felt my face heating up. I need to get out of here but I can't, it's like I was stuck on the ground and I can't move.

He looks shock at first, then he was stunned then later on he smiled at me. HE SMILED AT ME! That genuine smile that I miss and love of his. It's melting me and messing up with my system. He better stop or he'll be calling 911 later.

" Hi, Saint. It's been a long time. " He said still not taking off that smile of his.

" H-i, yeah it's been a long time... Perth. " I smiled back. Omg, this is embarrassing!

" Yeah. So, what can I get you? " He asked me.

" Hu-h? " I suddenly forgot everything.

" Your order I mean. What's your order? " He asked chucking a bit. That sounds nice.

" Oh right my order. " I paused to take a breath. Get your freaking self together Saint. " I wa-nt some cookies an-d a piece of chocolate c-ake. " I tried.
