your apartment's rooftop became the choice. since its near and rooftop is the best choice to let kazutora feel the peace.

you sit beside him. not so far away not so near. you stare at the view..

"why dont you get it? i invite you to witness why's the exact reasons i cant spent time with you on weekend. since we started know each other"

he remained silent.. right, thats the main objective. to let him exactly know the reason..

"im hoping you wont come because those might triggered you," you chuckled "but i guess i really left you clueless"

of course, those abusive parents. controlling parents. his trauma. even theres no hitting or any violence, it could triggered him too.

"im sorry.. im too scared to tell you.. you know.." you chuckled, "i too... in love with you.. im afraid you might leave me because of this.. but guess im wrong. i still need to tell you, im sorry-"

with that simple request, you freeze. no, no way. there's no way..

your eyes pupil started shaking... you lowered your head down, too embarrassed to face him now.

knowing he would ask that, you immediately tell him.

"he got banned from having any meal with our step-father. my mom banned him. the last time he did, he slept with too many bruises and it affected us too especially my mom. so for good sakes, my mom banned him to have any meal with us every weekend. today was the only day he just stayed home while weekend," you chuckled, "he always go sleep at his friend's house. but not tonight because i told him you're coming. he wanted to meet you"

with that, kazutora felt a warm or good things hugging him. what a warm feeling....

"kazu-kun..."

realising from his own world, he looked at you and hummed as response,

"you... you now freely to make decision.. you know, you and my siblings or my mom could still freely meet if we aren't together" you smiled bitterly

slowly, kazutora take your hand which made you really scared but since you believe him, you let him be. gently, kazutora take off your cardigan which left him surprised over what he saw..

you're wearing sleeveless shirt and a knitted cardigan which made him easier to see your whole arms. his eyes started shaking while you still embarrassed to look at him.

"baby..." his voice are shaking, couldn't believe what he witnessed. while him busy protecting you for not a single hand lay towards you, you were already got beaten up silently.

the bruises... the scratches.. he can't bare it. he might feel triggered but he more to sad. why? you're a literally an angel....

feeling cold, you slowly pull your hands and wear the cardigan back, "sorry..it's cold"

"why don't you tell ?"
you remained silent. not knowing what to answer for that question.

"i thought we have no secrets anymore with each other?"

"it's not easy, kazu.." flashing back to those old times when you tried to tell your friends but ended up they isolated themselves from you, afraid of getting beaten up too, you started to hold your tears so bad.. no, no crying in front of him.

"not easy? you just need to tell-"
"I DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOU, OK?!" with tears streamed down your cheeks, but you're feeling pissed off, you looked at him with mad expression.

"i told you, right? i'm very fucking sure you will leave me! my best friends left me! my siblings immediately got married because they don't want to deal with these!! so they could leave the house immediately! which resulted to leave me too!! now my brother got banned from my mom, which leave me alone! everytime.. after they enter the room.. it's just me" you're mad, anger took over you but the tears wont stop..

"it's just me.. hearing those moans.. those screams.. leaving me dealing with everything... alone..." your hands began into fists tightly.

KAZUTORA'S POV

no.. dont cry.....

"my mom said go find my own happiness and live happily" her gaze softened while tears still streaming down..

"i found it... it's you.."

with that, everything feels warm.. who knows someone would love me this much? the girl that i only looked up for, also looked up over me.

"but i can't bare to leave my mom alone.. i am the youngest one. there's no way for me to abandoned my mom so suddenly" she sniffled.

fuck, how bad i want to hug her so tight now. telling her, please don't cry because that's my weakness. i was about to ask something until,

"if you're asking why i didn't do any police report or any actions, we did. it's three years already. we're still waiting what's the best can be for us. so don't ask such a thing"

she wiped her own tears with her sleeves. ah..so cute.. she stand beside me which made me to stand too.

"so tonight explained it enough right? i'm sorry for dragging you for tonight's event" she chuckled, "but..." she sighed, and lowered down her head while standing facing me.

"you have your rights. i wouldn't care if you decided to leave me. as how i mentioned, we all still can meet like a family. i won't mind" she looked at me and gave me the purest eyesmiles i've ever seen.

how could i cut us off.. dammit i'm obsessed with you, i've been finding this warm feelings this to be loved feelings and when i almost gave up, you came like an angel.....telling me, my future still can shine on somedays.

THIRD PERSON POV

"it's okay kazutora-kun," you grinned, like nothing happened, "you can have your times as much you w-"

before finishing your sentence, you got pulled for a kiss. a quick yet sincere kiss which gave you butterflies and left you speechless. you stared at his beautiful eyes while pulled back himself away and stared at you lovingly,

"i'm staying" he gave you soft loveable look which made your eyes teary back.. felt touched over someone who decided to stay after knowing your family "behind the scene" stories..

"why.... would... you-" you tried not to cry but you failed. it just... you felt so warm...

while staring at you, he wiped your tears gently and continued to caress your cheeks gently,

"because i want to" he smiled, "you think i could easily let an angel went away?" he lovingly stared you back,

"i would be the devil if i abandoned an angel away, right?"

with that, you snuggled to him and cried so hard while he tried his best to comfort his loved ones.

ah... what a loving story.....
