"kakucho always busy..." you huffed, while crossing your hands against your chest. you peeked at the wall clock, shows it's already 1:30am.

it's normal for you to stay awake at this time, but sometimes you do feel so sleepy and might accidentally fell asleep on the couch, resulting kakucho to pick you up to bedroom.

"maybe he'll be back at 3 again..." you sighed, thinking it's been his daily routine now. get back home really late, and get back to work really early. and here you are, slowly feeling alone day by day.

you lay down yourself on the couch, scrolling through the gallery. you smiled softly, as you looked at your pictures with kakucho. but it's been a month, kakucho been too busy.

ngl, you mostly cried alone nowadays. wanting his attentions and wanting him take an off-day just for spending time with you, is the last thing you could ever ask for.

without realising, tears streamed down your cheeks. you slightly laughed before wiping the tears,

"tch, chill y/n, he just busy"

you sat up after wiping your tears. you looked around, observing the quiet house. just you, and things. slowly, the sadness of feeling lonely, surrounded you, resulting you to cry.

you lay down back, burying your face into a pillow as you cried harder, before slowly fell asleep.

"i'm home~"

slow enough, not wanting his lovely wife awake. he slowly closed the door, before taking off his shoes. he loosen his tie as he looked around.

"honey?"

his voice soft enough, calling out his wife. he took off his coat, before putting it on the couch. as he about to walk away, he realised of a body laying down on the couch, sleeping peacefully.

he smiled softly, knowing it's his beloved wife, before he took off the gloves and put it on the other couch. he crouched down beside y/n, admiring her face.

"i told you not to wait for me" he slowly said before caressing her hair. he kept on admiring her face as he tucked her hair behind her ear.

he chuckled lightly before smiling like an idiot, "what a gorgeous angel i got.." as he slowly kissed your forehead.

unfortunately, that kiss made his wife frowning, before opening her eyes slowly. realising it, he slowly whispered, "sorry, love. didn't meant to wake you up"

as you figured out it's kakucho, you immediately frowned before slowly pulling him into a hug, craving for his warmth.

on the other side, kakucho blinked his eyes, not knowing why you looked sad. he caressed your back slowly before he glanced towards the pillow on the couch. he saw the wet spot, as he slowly pulled you from the hug, staring into your eyes.

"love, were you crying? are you ok?"

the question was like a really sensitive to you, which made you looked at him a while before crying again onto his shoulder, hugging his neck back.

kakucho, being the confused guy he is, he doesn't know what to do but just letting you cry in his shoulders, letting his cloth wet over your tears. as he kept on caressing your back.

as he knew you calmed down a bit, he asked softly, "what's wrong, princess? who make you sad, hm?"

"you.."

he froze, hearing your answer.

"m-me..? what did i—"
"i miss you. you're too busy. but i know it's work. but i feel lonely"

he relieved a sigh, glad that it's nothing serious. he smiled before continuing caressing your back, "i'm so sorry, love. i'll be taking off days next week, okay?"

you slowly nodded making kakucho slightly laughed.

"now, let's go to our bedroom. both of us needs rest" he said which he immediately carry you up, while you still hugging him.

"don't you think you get too clingy nowadays?" he giggled as he bring you into room. he closed the door, just using his leg, as he walked towards bed, placing you carefully.

realising that you still hugging him, he chuckled, "babe, i need to take a shower now~ i'll be back ok?" as he slowly unlocked your hands, letting you go.

you frowned, "be fast" which he pecked your lips, "sure, princess" as he smiled before walking into bathroom.

kakucho finally done showering, as he went out from the bathroom, just to see his wife already sleeping with her favourite plushie, the one kakucho gave as a gift.

he wear his clothes, before getting ready to sleep too with her. as he lay down beside her, he covered both of them with cozy blanket. he caressed her arm slowly, as he admired her beauty.

"i dont think so i deserve you" he tucked your hair behind your ear, "but if you willingly to be with me till the end, i'll do anything for you" he caressed your cheek gently, before placing a kiss on your forehead,

"i love you, y/n" he slowly said before pulling your waist to be closer with him as he caressed your waist and fell asleep too.

there's no one day, he is ungrateful to have you in his life. kakucho, the guy who often feel down, thinking you deserves better. but day by day, he just think he's lucky and he is ready to risk anything for you.

yes, the guy who is really loyal and always be grateful over your existence.
