takemichi sighed, getting the exact responses how he expected to. yes, he's back from the future. he explained to y/n and chifuyu, that both of them got married. which freaked them out.

"me?! with this girl?! she's not romantic at all!"
"oh yeah?! you're cheesy as hell! if i be your girlfriend, i might puke everyday!"

both of them glared towards each other while squinting their eyes. takemichi could see the electric through their glares.

"it's not like you guys can't change the future" takemichi said, making both of them immediately looked at him with blank expression.

"just don't fall in love" he said before shrugging his shoulders.

"yeah you're right" y/n said before walking away.

chifuyu clicked his tongue, "idk why future chifuyu would love that kind of girl"

chifuyu flicked her forehead, "yes, idiot. crush is like i adore or like girls. but for a serious relationship, is a no no. i just like them because they're pretty, cute-"

"whatever. save that in your mind only, i dont wanna know those" she said before placing the chopsticks on the napkin, signalling she's done eating.

she looked towards him, as she raised her eyebrows, signalling a "what?" expression.

"if both of us still single until the age of 23, let's get married with each other"

the girl coughed, making chifuyu immediately pat her back many times, before handing her drink which she accepted it and drink it.

"geez you really don't like me that much huh"

she wiped her mouth as she's done drinking, "how the fuck your brain think of that?"

he shrugged, "idk it just came"

she frowned, thinking her friend was out of his mind. chifuyu looked at her back, "deal?" as he show his fist.

she put down her glass, as she looked at him seriously, "cmon, what if on 30? if we're single until 30, then we'll get married"

"that's too late, idiot. my mom must be wanting a grandchildren that time. cmon until age of 20" he grinned cutely.

"YOU SAID 23 JUST NOW?"

he clicked his tongue, "ah cmon! i can't stay single that long tho. cmon until the age of 20"

she sighed, "why the heck i have you as my friend" as she shows her fist, not ready to have a 'bro-fist' with him, "but fuyu, you sure about that? i mean, me? you won't regret? i mean, you still can search more even you're 20?"

"but isnt that too early? we're 15 now! like 5 years more-" "just say if you don't want it, idiot. stop making excuses" he facepalmed as he felt bored, waiting for her.

"fine fine! deal!" she said before doing the bro-fist with him, making he grinned widely.

it's almost 7pm now. chifuyu and y/n went to nearby lake, just to chill and enjoy the sunset. it has been their favourite moment of the day, after a long hangout. sometimes, street cats would appeared but not now.

as y/n busy buying drink from the machine, chifuyu sat down and placed their bags on the ground. he glanced towards the girl first, before laying down.

without realising, his lips curved to a smile. knowing y/n was not there, he talked alone while staring towards the clouds,

"5 years only...i can wait" he chuckled, "geez im too afraid to confess to you- i mean who won't. you're like a hungry lion" he clicked his tongue, "imagine i confess my love to you...damn we must be strangers the next day lol" he noded his head,

"yeah 5 years. 5 years, i won't be confessing, and once we're 20, you'll be mine right away" he giggled, thinking his idea is really that genius.

"you're so dumb, matsuno"

chifuyu froze a moment, he probably thought, he fucked up his plan...

"and a coward too. you know that matsuno?"

he immediately sat up, looking towards the girl, who've been standing beside him, holding two drinks at her hands. as she looked down towards him,

"y-yo y/n-"

he awkwardly smiled, his heart beating like crazy as both of them still staring towards each other.

"be brave. confess now"

"c-confess what? well- i dont get it what ur talking about-"
"what if i get a boyfriend before we even 20? you just gonna abandoned your feelings just like that?"

chifuyu gulped, as he looked down. she's right, what if she get a boyfriend and get married? he never thought of that. call him dumb, he is.

"are you just gonna stay there? and say nothing? because im going home now" she said as she picked up her bag, making chifuyu immediately looked towards her.

"wait! y/n-" she stopped before turned towards him, raising her eyebrow.

"dammit, i want it to be romantic way like in those manga— ah i fucked up" he muttered alone, yet still could be heard by her.

she sighed before rolling her eyes, "you're wasting my time, matsuno"

"fine! i like you" he said it out loud, yet he still mad at himself. he felt embarrassed, he wanted to confess in a really romantic way like how he wanted to.

as he's into his thoughts, someone dropped a bag beside him, making him snapped out of his thoughts. he looked at the girl who set herself down beside him, really close.

y/n began handed the drink to him, "enjoying sunset with beloved ones, also one of the romantic way isnt?" she grinned cutely towards him, making chifuyu literally stunned over her beauty.

he slowly took the drink from her hand. unexpectedly, y/n lean against her back against his chest, making chifuyu immediately hugged her waist, supporting her weigh against his body.

he gotta admit, he just wanted to jump out of excitement now. he finally succeeded on confessing, he finally got to have her, he finally can see a rare side of her, and yes,

he finally has a girlfriend.
