"sorry, love, i'm busy, we'll meet up other day ok?"

the girl stared at the playground as she now sitting on the swing. sitting alone since her boyfriend just cancelled their date for today.

she sighed, "ahh what a boring day....." as she continued to pout, looking everywhere making she realised she's alone at playground as now it's around 7pm, and the kids started to go back home.

"tch how dare him...did he forgot i finally on my semester break" she said as she lowered her head down, staring at her shoes.

suddenly, she felt the vibration at her hoodie's pocket, making her immediately checked it, hoping maybe her boyfriend wanted to have a date, but sadly,

"love? you ok?"

her face dropped as her thought was wrong. another message came in,

"be careful ok. i'll take you out once i'm free later"

right, she didn't replied him since he cancelled the date text. obviously, she's sulking or maybe just sad since he promised before, he would celebrate once her final tests end, yet here they are. not going anywhere, or maybe her boyfriend forgot.

sighing, she kept her phone back inside her pocket. not long after that, a thunder could be heard. she looked at the gloomy skies,

"rain....? hm.....not bad" she smiled, as she decided to wait for the rain. maybe this is the only way, she could celebrate, with playing around in the heavy rain.

"yeah, see ya"

the guy said as all of them, went their own ways.

"yo kakucho, wanna join us?" the guy named sanzu,
shouted as he hugged rindou's shoulders.

kakucho looked towards them, "where?"

"club ofc"
"nah im good"

sanzu nodded as they bid goodbye to each other, leaving kakucho alone in the office room as he now settled some things at his desk.

he checked the time at his phone, then checking his chat with his girlfriend, receiving no replies from her at all. he sighed before he scrolled upwards, reading their conversations since early morning until one text caught his eyes,

"aaaaa i'll finish my tests on 6pm todayyyy! then freedommmm T^T"

making him realised it's her 'freedom' day today. he immediately called her, waiting for the girl pick up the phone.

but sadly, he only received mailbox for three calls.

"damn it..no wonder she didn't reply me" he sighed as he immediately packed his stuff, turning on the location to detect her live location now.

what surprised him was, she's not at her home. he furrowed his eyebrows as he immediately get away from bonten's hideout.

"playground..? you must be kidding me, y/n" he said slowly as he tried to spot anyone at the playground in this heavy rainy days.

he once again looked at your live location, no other place but here. he looked back at the playground,

"there's no one..?"

but his instinct strongly asked him to check more. he sighed before he turned off the car's engine before he ran out to playground. yes, sadly he have no umbrella in his car.

"Y/N?!" he looked everywhere, shouting the girl's name again and again. as he decided to check at the tunnel slide, he saw someone's leg laid down on it.

he immediately went to it, just to see his beloved girl laying down on it, weakly as she was all wet.

he shocked as he immediately carry her up and bring her into his car.

"ugh.."

y/n groaned slowly as she felt her head was too heavy, as she slowly opened her eyes.

"hey, it's me. you're at my house now.." he said slowly as he caressed her hair.

she stared at him a while, before she suddenly smiled weakly, "i knew it you gonna come.." she chuckled slowly.

he sighed, "so you did these on purpose?"

she grinned weakly, "mhm. it's better that i caught fever now. i can stay with you more" she said before pulling the blanket more, covering her all body.

he chuckled, "you really are something, y/n. so you purposely went out, playing alone in the heavy rain, and catch fever, so that i could take care of you and that made your mission to be with me, successful huh?"

"smart one, kaku-chan~"

he smiled softly before caressing her hair, "you are smart" as he kissed her forehead gently.

"don't move, im taking your soup" he kissed her forehead again before smiling gently towards her and got away from the room.

and that, she realised he was half-naked all the time with towel only hanging around his neck, as she being a blushing mess.
