Y/N's POV
There has always been one person that I hated the most out of all the fighters. That person was Sephiroth. Why you may ask? Ever since he joined Smash, he started acted nice around everyone, which made me suspicious about him. One thing that people should know is that I have trusting problems with certain people. It's not because I don't like them, but because of the way they act around others. Normally, I would be watching them to see what they were really playing at. Once I know the truth, there are two outcomes.
If the person was up to something, then I would leave them, and I will come back when they are gone. But if the person was being kind after all, then I would walk towards them, apologize to them, and just pretended that all of that hatred never happened.
Today, Master Hand told us that a new fighter was coming to Smash. He goes by the name Kazuya. All of us were excited that he was going to join us. Well, except for me. I wonder what this guy can do. Before we get to that, though, I will tell you about several flashbacks about Sephiroth.
First Flashback
I was sitting on a table with Pyra, Cloud, and Cuphead. The four of us played a game with cups. Cloud and I were glaring at Sephiroth, which made Pyra looked at me with concerns.
Pyra: What's wrong, Y/N? You seem awfully quiet right now.
Y/N: It's Sephiroth.
Cloud: I don't buy it. Not for one second.
Y/N: I'm with ya, Cloud.
Cuphead: Really? You don't think there are any five on the table?
Y/N: He's not talking about the game, Cuphead.
Cloud: I'm talking about Sephiroth's new "I'm good now" act. Dude gets hit in the head and suddenly he's not a villain anymore? Come on. What is this, a cartoon?
Y/N: I know! That can't just happen like that! Those things don't happen in real life!
Pyra: Y/N, calm down.
Cloud: It's obviously part of a scheme and I swear, if he does one more "good deed" I'm going to-
We saw Sephiroth and Squirtle made a cake of Zelda. Squirtle pulled her towards it.
Pyra: Aww~ How sweet!
I was gritting my teeth, as Cloud and I continued to watch Sephiroth.
Sephiroth: Finished! Look Zelda, Squirtle and I made you a life-sized Zelda cake to celebrate your 35th anniversary because Nintendo sure as Hell doesn't-
Before he could finished his sentence, I saw Cloud stab his sword into the cake, destroying it. Everyone, including myself, were shocked about what we just saw. The Zelda cake was in Sephiroth's arms, while Cloud didn't care about it, until his eyes widened.
Cloud: Oh, oh God. What's becoming of me?
Squirtle was about to cry about the cake. I facepalmed at the sight.
Y/N: Cloud, you idiot.
Pyra: Why did he destroy the cake? That was so mean.
Y/N: Hey, Cloud said he was going to lose it if Sephiroth did another "good deed," didn't he? So that's what happened.
Grimmgarl entered the room.
Grimmgarl: Hey, dudes!
He looked at the destroyed Zelda cake. Cloud was looking at his hands with realization.
