Chapter 12

"Young master-nim here is your lemonade"

"mn Thank you"

Cale accepted the cup of lemonade given by Beacrox and drank it in one gulp.

'WHY is Beacrox here'

"Beacrox, where is Ron?"

The chef stared at the young master before answering his question about his father's whereabouts.

"My father and Choi Han went to the Henituse Duchy"

"What for?"

"To bring the doctor here"

'Doctor?'

"Why do we need a doctor? I'm already healed"

"For precautionary measures"

Cale flinched at what Beacrox said.

'I'm already healed, Is it because of yesterday?'

"Is it because of yesterday- "

"It is not because of yesterday, young master-nim. It is for precautionary measures."

'Yeah, right its definitely because of yesterday

Just the way you replied fast even when I wasn't yet done talking'

Cale just finished eating breakfast with the kids when Ron came into the dining room.

"Young master, are you done eating?"

"yes"

"Young master, the doctor the crown prince sent you is waiting on the 2nd room to the left."

"I'll meet him now"

'It's better to get things done as fast as possible'

Once Cale entered the room where the doctor is, he was immediately greeted by a bowing man.

"Good morning young master, pardon me for the intrusion."

Said the doctor to the one and only Master Silver Shield Hero.

"Its ok, raise your head"

Cale pulled the chair opposite to the doctor and sat.

"I am Dr. Mark Rosales sent by his majesty the crown prince to diagnose you."

"I am already healed."

"I see but will you still please answer some of my questions."

"As long as I can answer it."

"Thank you, then first question, is there any part of your body that hurts?"

"no"

"Has anything unusual happened concerning your senses?"

"Senses...there was an incident where I was holding the sides of a hot pot of soup, I felt that it was hot but it wasn't that hot...I don't know how to explain it"

"It's ok, may I ask why you were holding the pot?"

"I was appreciating the aroma of the soup"

"I see"

"..."

"I'm about to ask some sensitive questions, so its ok if you don't answer them"

Cale nodded his head at the doctor signifying him to start.

"There was a drug found in the manor you were kept in, have you encountered it while you were kidnapped?"

"I think they stored it in the food they gave me"

"Might I ask what specific food did they give you and why you presume that the drug was stored in it?"

"Bread and water, when they open the door to give me the food some light seeps in so I could see the foods appearance. The water is a little foggy but the bread looks normal but once you bite into it you can feel some hard bits in it though it doesn't affect the taste."

"I shall take note of that, thank you for answering my questions young master."

It was a sunny afternoon; the streets were filled with people, the vendors voices were as loud as ever and a brown haired man was wondering how he got here.

"So, why are we in the plaza again?"

Cale, Choi Han and the kids are currently in the plaza in the Henituse territory. The plaza was bustling with people so Choi han and Cale's hair colors were changed by Raon as to not get recognized while the dragon casted invisibility magic on himself, On and Hong changed to their human forms for the occasion.

(I told you human were going shopping!!!)

"Cale-nim, we should shop for the kids once in awhile too since the war is over."

Cale nodded his head to Choi Han's remark.

'Well, the money I have will be no use if I don't spend them'

"Okay, should we go to a boutique first?"

"Sure, Cale!"

Cale thought at that moment.

'Maybe the kids felt suffocated being in the house all day'

From then on, Cale promised that he would bring the kids to go shopping or sightseeing at least once a month or two while the other 4 thought of something else.

Choi Han, On, Hong and Raon POV

'SUCCESS'

A few moments earlier.

Once Ron saw Cale leave the room, he immediately called the kids and Choi Han.

"Go to the plaza with the young master, we will talk to the doctor."

"Grandpa Ron why can't we talk to the doctor when Cale's around?"

"If the young master's here, there's a chance he'll overhear our conversation and tell the doctor he's fine even though we all know he's not fine at all."

"Cale-nim would do something like that..."

"Ok Grandpa Ron leave it to us! We will distract Cale!"

"Base from what you have told me and my analysis, I already have an idea about Cale's condition but I would like to find out more about the drug first is that okay?"

"Of course, Dr. Mark"

"Ms. Rosalyn, I have heard that you have found out about what the chair found in the manor does?"

"Yes, it electrocutes the person strapped in it."

"I see, I shall tell you the young master's condition once I've found out more about the drug. I would like you to prepare yourselves since the young master's condition is much more serious than I thought."
