Taehyung's Sister (Complete)

6: Home?

Everyone was surprised about the name, but not as much as Jimin. He noticed how Taehyung's been acting the past few days when it came to Hyejin.

The others decided to stay silent about the name so Hyejin recovers with no problems.

"So have you had any contact with your mom and brother?" Hoseok asked. Jin immediately looked over at him but was then nudged by Namjoon, signaling to act calm.

"Sadly no. I was 11 at the time when I tried to find some information about them but I got caught and punished by my dad. But...I'm hoping to see Tae once more, so I know he is doing okay."

Taehyung felt guilty. He knew he should've been there but he couldn't do much; with little money before. But now he has money but no time..which sounds like a terrible excuse.

"I'm sorry Hyejin." Taehyung sincerely said and he left the room to get himself together. With his response, the members now know the truth. Hyejin was confused about his actions as they all watched Jimin who went out to comfort him.

"Taehyung...is Hyejin your sister?"

He looked up at his friend and nodded as he looked back down again. "Well that explains your actions. But why are you sad? Shouldn't you be excited you've reconciled with her?"

"Jimin. It's been 10 years. 10 whole years since I've seen her or heard from her. I thought she abandoned me but it was the other way around! I tried to ask mom about her but she'd always shut it down or get upset and lock herself away in her room, so I stopped asking."

"Taehyung...I'm sorry but I think it'd be best if you came clean to her. You heard her, she wants to know that you're doing okay. I'm sure she won't be upset with you or anything."

He shook his head vigorously, "No I won't. Not yet anyways. I want to make sure it is her....cause who knows? Maybe just maybe, she isn't my sister. Maybe it's a different Kim Taehyung she is looking for."

Jimin sighed, seeing his friend dejected and confused, he let it be. "Well Taehyung if that's how you feel then okay. I won't say anything but I hope you know what you're doing." He left his friend to his thoughts as he went back into the room.

"So Hyejin, knowing your situation. Where will you go?" Namjoon asked the girl who was looking lost. She has no one to go to. No place to stay. But these people, she didn't want to burden them at all. Now knowing they're famous people.

"I think I have a relative near by. I can probably stay with her...she's on my moms side of the family so it should be okay."

"Are you sure? You're not lying to us right?" Hoseok sat down in the chair next to her.

"I'm sure. Thank you guys for all you've done but no need to worry about me. I'm out of the house so I'll be alright."

"If that's the case then let us take you to this 'relative's house." Yoongi said and seeing her shift in bed at what he said, she was caught in a lie.

"It's okay. I don't want to show up with a bunch of guys and give her a wrong impression about me."

"Okay then I'll go with you. I want to make sure we can trust this relative of yours." Yoongi stated, not asked giving Hyejin an option to say no. Now what do I do?

"Yoongi hyung, Jin hyung can I talk to you guys for a second?" Namjoon directed them to follow outside the room while the others stayed inside. Taehyung left for the bathroom and when he came back, he saw his hyungs talking seriously outside the room. Quietly, inching closer to listen.
