Ingredients
1 mango
1 saba banana
1 cup leafy greens (peachay, kangkong or spinach)
1/4 tsp Moringana malunggay powder
1cup filtered water or coconut water
Soaked chia seeds, spirulina, flaxmeal, hemp seeds (optional)
Procedure
Blend leafy greens with filtered water or cocount water.
Add mango, saba, malunggay poweder and blend until smooth.
Add your superfoords such as chia seeds, spirulina, flaxmeal or hemp seeds and blend.
