1/2 medium-sized pineapple; core and eyes removed and flesh cut into chunks

1 banana; peeled & sliced

1 apple; peeled, cored and sliced into quarters

5 oz coconut milk

4-6 ice cubes

optional - fresh mint leaves to garnish

Instructions

Grab your smoothie blender and place the ice cubes in first. Give it a quick spin to crush the ice and next you'll want to add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with your fresh mint leaves.
