INGREDIENTS
3 pieces medium-sizedcarrots, peeled and cut into cubes
sugar or other sweetener to taste
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup powderedmilk(optional)Procedures:
1. In a blender, processcarrots, milk, and sugar until blended.
2. Add ice and blend until smooth, add more sugar if needed.
3. Pour into glasses then served cold.
