"Oh my god Bells! Why would you wear that?" Amelia says to me with a bratty attitude. I start to blush.

I stand in between Amelia and Lyric but I am closer to Lyric. I look down at my top, the background is white with a pink and purple unicorn on it. I have black tights on my legs and brown uggs on my feet.

"I like it." Lyric's quiet voice says to me. She turns her body so that she is facing Amelia. "What's wrong with it, Amelia?" She asks, her voice loud and harsh.

Amelia looks offended for a moment and then laughs.

"The colours are so babyish. Who wears pink and purple anymore?" She says. I look at what she's wearing, a plain blue top with black tights also. Her voice is preppy and annoying. She shakes her head slightly side to side at Lyric and I. "You just don't get it, do you?" She asks.

Lyric gives her an unpleasant look. "So?" She asks, raising her left eyebrow up. "Bella likes it. Leave her alone." She demands, crossing her arms and leaning to the right side.

Amelia is definitely not happy about this. She grins at Lyric. "Oh Lyric," She says, in a sweet and soft voice tone. She moves closer towards her and smooth's down Lyric's pretty straight light brown hair. "Sweet, sweet, Lyric, if only you could understand, if only you knew."

For a split second, Lyric looks confused. She ducks away from Amelia, to move her hand away.

"I just washed my hair, Amelia."

"My hands are clean, Lyric." Amelia shoots back, with a grin and a soft voice. L

Lyric chuckles. "I doubt that." She says in a low voice and then grins at Amelia.

I stand there listening to the both of them bicker. I don't say a word the entire time.

"Amelia, why do you always have to judge everyone?" I ask her, not even realizing that I said anything until she answers me with a shocked voice.

"I am not judging you... I'm just... I'm just..." She pauses to think for a second, her eyes light up when she thinks of the answer.

Her eyes light up all the sudden. "Guiding you to make the right decision!" She says, and claps her hands. I think she feels pretty smart and cool.

Lyric rolls her eyes once more and crosses her arms. "Judger" She says, bitterly and grunts.

Amelia looks offended once again, but my eyes are too occupied on Brian. He just walked through the blue entrance doors. He stands next to Colton and it's clear they are both getting yelled at for something. I feel bad for Brian. He has to miss soccer tryouts. Our team will probably fail then, because no good players on it. Patrick from the other third grade class is pretty good but doesn't compare to Brian. Brian flips his hair because it was falling over his eyes. So angelic, so perfect.

Xavier and the followers walk away from Brian and Colton bitterly. Colton looks at his shoes while Brian keeps his head high up. Another thing to admire about Brian. When he gets in a fight with a friend, or in trouble, he keeps his head high up. To show it doesn't bother him. To show he's superior.

I touch my shoulder, the shoulder his hand was resting on when we were at the beach and he put his arm around me. When I had my head on his shoulder. I pray that we go back to that moment for a second. Or for another moment like that to happen soon.

The principle steps out of the office and guides us into the staff room, when there are three tables, three couches, and a huge kitchen. We all take our seats. I sit at a table with Lyric on my right and Amelia on my left. Brian and Colton move right to the back and sit up against the wall side-by-side. Colton is hugging his knees to his chest while Brian put them straight out.

Whatever Xavier and the group said to them must have been really bad because knowing them, they would have sat with them anyways and not cared what they thought.

Colton looks down at his knees and Brian catches me staring. I look away quickly and start to blush. He chuckles.

"No noises." The principle demands. Obviously he heard Brian.

The next forty-five minutes made me feel like I was in a prison. No one talked. Everyone just stared at each other.

"So, Mrs.Ventino's third grade class, we're going to go around the room and say what we regret the most about doing yesterday, starting with... oh, Brian."

"I regret nothing." He says, dead seriously.

Our principle looks confused. "Excuse me?"

"I regret nothing." Brian says a little louder and very confident.

"Why is that Brian?"

"Because, life isn't about waiting, if you want to do something, no matter how stupid or unreasonable it could be, do it. Just don't do things that aren't undoable. I'm saying, ignore the rules sometimes. You have to break them to have an awesome life. You only get to live once, and so we didn't get to try out for Soccer. There is always next year, or join a soccer club outside of school. Doesn't mean you can't play it elsewhere." He says.

No one says anything until we are dismissed.

* * * *

When we are dismissed, I walk out alone and leave Lyric and Amelia. I don't know why, but I am thankful I did.

"Bella!" Brian calls. He catches up to me.

"Hey." I say.

"Were you staring at me?" He asks, with a shy smile.

I blush and look down.

"So you were?" He asks.

I giggle in embarrassment.

"Awe, it's okay. I'll catch you later. Beach. Seven o'clock." He demands and I nod.
