You've decided to spectate, or if possible, join his "secret" morning practice with his team and Sugawara -san, which you found out was the silver haired boy that you saw helping with Hinata's receives during every lunch.
"I can't wait for you to see how much I improved in my receives. Also you get to see Kageyama. He's suuuuuuuper scary." His excitement contradictory to his statement about his sparring partner.
"What time do you sleep anyways?" You asked as you both kicked off your shoes at the gym entrance.

"OI BOKE YOU'RE LATE!" The source of that voice was none other than Kageyama Tobio.
"Sorry, my friend is here to watch us practice. Is that okay?"
You whipped your head towards that carrot head in disbelief. "You didn't ask if it was okay prior to this? Bitch if they say no and I woke up so early for no reason, I will commit murder," you glared at him. Hinata yelped and ran towards the silver haired senior.
"No worries, the more the merrier," Hinata's temporary shield left him and walked towards you. " Hi, I'm Sugawara Koushi. This bald guy here is Tanaka Ryunosuke." You narrowly missed Tanaka body slamming you as he exclaimed what a blessing it was to have a female entering the gym. A slap from Sugawara was all it took to take him down.
"Kageyama Tobio right? My name is Y/n," you introduced yourself. You both made eye contact and Kageyama looked away from you, his cheeks dusted pink, which to his demise, was noticed by Tanaka.
"OH HO HO is Kageyama BLUSHING?" Tanaka called him out. "N-no SHUT UP." Kageyama barked back. "Oooooo Kageyama's shy around girls." Hinata teased which riled him up further. "Hey it's not my fault that she called me cute!" he blurted out.
Everyone froze. All eyes were now focused on you but you merely stomped towards him, stopping just a mere inch away from his face. You felt his breath hitch. "Don't get ahead of yourself. " You stepped closer, ignoring a panicking Hinata tugging at your sleeves. "I'd say the visuals you offer might just be the only reason why you weren't benched till the end."
You heard a gasp. You knew your words were hitting it's mark seeing how his body went rigid, his eyes glazed over and you saw the light drain out. Regret was stark on his face.
