Grounded

Author's POV: I deleted the app I used for the fonts, eg: 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗢𝗩, 𝐶𝑎𝑡𝑟𝑎, & 𝙰𝚞𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚛'𝚜 𝙽𝚘𝚝𝚎, so i'll be typing w/ out them!

Glimmer POV
"You can't do that!" I yelled, furious.
"As your mother and your queen, you are..grounded." Mom said.
I could hear Bow suck his teeth in from behind me, "You are dismissed, Glimmer." Mom said, standing her ground.
"Ugh!" I yelled, turning around, "You always do this!" I stormed out.
"Uh- sorry, Your Majesty! Bye, Your Majesty!" Bow whimpered as he ran towards me.

"What was that about?" He asked me, looking back at mom.
"Our visit to Alwyn." I groaned, putting my hands on my face.
Bow opened my room door for me as I entered, "What? Why? We got the supplies and came back."
"You may be forgetting about a tiny detail." I said, teleporting to my bed.
Bow instinctively folded my clothes on the floor, "Huh-? Is this about the party? They were throwing a party! We had to join! Plus, it was extremely fun!"
"No, it's not that. Remember when I was..breaking the piñata?" I said, my voice muffled by the pillows.
"What do you mea—..oh."
"Yeah, 'oh.' I broke a window with the piñata stick because that darn thing wouldn't break! If it just broke, I wouldn't have been grounded!"
"Look, I'm sad too but taking it out on the piñata won't help."
"Ugh."

A knock came from my room door. I groaned as Bow said, "Come in!"
Mom came in, "Bow, Glimmer is grounded. She is not allowed company right now. The Queen requests you to leave her room."
"Mom! You can't do that! He's my bestfriend!"
"I will do what I want, when I want to. Now unless you want your grounding to get doubled, I suggest staying out of my conversation with Bow."
Bow looked at me, then to Mom, "Yes, your Majesty." Bow left my room, bowing down to Mom.

"You have to come and ruin it!" I yelled.
"Glimmer," (Glimmah😫) Mom said, "Why did you break a window?"
I groaned while teleporting to mom, "I wasn't doing anything."
"Glimmer."
"You won't let me fight the Horde, nor break a simple piñata! I..I wasn't doing anything bad. I just..got angry." I whispered.
"Oh, Glimmer. You remind me so much of your father. Brave, selfless, hotheaded and stubborn. You're a mirror of him. I know I get mad, but I try my best to protect you. You're all I have left, and you mean everything to me. Please, be careful. Don't do anything wrong or dangerous."
I leaned in for a hug, "I love you, Mom."
"I love you too."

I jumped out of the hug, "I'll be careful from now on, but I'm still punching bots!"
"Glimmah!🤌"

I teleported out before she could stop me.
