"What is Salineas?"
"Your mom."

"Uh..ok? What's Salineas?"
"Salineas is a sea-faring realm with light blue sea-shell shaped buildings."
"Perfect! What protects Salineas?"
"The Sea Gate, obviously."

"What's the Sea Gate?"
"The Sea Gate is a magical structure powered by The Pearl runestone that protects the city."
"Perfecto!"
"Why the hell did you add an 'o' at the end of 'perfecto'?"
"I don't know, it felt right."

Catra burst out in laughter, causing me to smile.

I interrupted her laugh, "Ok, ok, let's focus. Who are/were the rulers of Salineas?"
"Formerly, Mermista's father. Currently, Mermista."
"Alright! What's the runestone?"
"The...the Pearl."
"Bingo! Why do we want Salineas?"
"I don't know."
"What's Salineas?"
"Salineas is a—"
"No, like a more simple explanation of it." I said, interrupting Catra.
"It's a..sea place. It controls the sea. That's Mermista's power."
"Exactly, it controls the sea. If we have Salineas.."
"..we control the seas?"
"Perfect!"
"Am I ready?"

Shadow Weaver burst in the room, "I hope you're ready, Catra."
"Has it already been an hour?" Catra whispered to me, and I shook my head.
"What's Salineas?" Shadow Weaver asked.

Shadow Weaver stared at me in a way that threw me off guard. I turned my head to Adora, a sweat pouring down my face. She grinned largely and placed two thumbs up.

"If we have Salineas, we control the seas."
"Well that one was just obvious."
"Always serving up those pep talks, huh?"
"Be quiet, insolent child. Name the runestone and how the realm protects itself."
"The Pearl, and it protects itself with the Salineas Sea Gate, it's a magical structure which is powered by The Pearl."

I muttered a curse before Adora stepped up behind me. She put her hands on my shoulders, causing me to purr lightly.
