"Well, what do we have here?" A Mongolian commander by the name of Argun walked slowly in front of the tied-up alps in the center of the tribe. He stopped in front of Cerkutay first, "Commander Cerkutay, a feared bandit, a traitor." He then moved to Goktug, narrowing his eyes, "Commander Kongar, most feared assassin the Mongol army had ever seen, A traitor."
Goktug glared at him as Argun walked towards Boran, stopping in front of him. "Boran Alp, the best and most well-known archer in the lands." "Oh you'll see how good of an archer I am when I shoot an arrow through your throat," Boran sneered, tugging on his bindings.
Argun did not reply but walked back toward Goktug who rolled his eyes. "Honestly, Can you get over me being a traitor already? It's been 10 years since I left your stupid, barbaric army. And that was the best decision I ever made. Have you really gone miserable without me? Did Genghis Khan abandon you-"
Goktug's mockery was cut off as Argun swung around, slamming his fist against the tall alp's jaw. A rumble of voices arose from the tribe's people, who were surrounding the center of the tribe. Argun moved up, holding the front of Goktug's armor. He sharply spoke in Mongolian, directly in Goktug's face, but the blue-eyed alp only smirked.
Instead of responding in Turkish, he responded in Mongolian, something he never did. Boran starred in confusion as Goktug spoke clearly loud enough for Argun and his soldiers to hear. With every word, Argun's eyes widened. Even Cerkutay's mouth fell slightly open at the words Goktug spoke.
Boran had absolutely no idea what Goktug was saying, but it clearly made Argun mad. But, before he could retaliate, the Marquee doors opened to the soldier roughly leading Aylah and the other kids out. Boran's eyes widened at the site as he yanked harder on his bindings.
"Aylah!" Boran shouted as the tribe's people began to protest at the site of the bey's children. Argun smirked, he had found a weakness among them all. Those 4 kids.
Boran's heart ached at the fear in his daughter's face. 'I was supposed to protect her,' The rope dug into his wrist, but his struggling was to no avail. Boran gave it a final push as Kayi was pushed past him, "Kayi, stick together, don't let them separate you!" He shouted above the voices, and Kayi turned around, a look of determination on his face, "I promise, Emmi!"
"Cowards, Can't fight for yourself, so you're hiding behind children?" Goktug growled, making Argun smirk, "Take a last look, you'll never see them again."

Hours later~
Aylah woke up in a dusty cage, she sat up straight and looked around. She didn't know where she was, but one thing was certain. This was not her tribe.
Thankfully, when Aylah looked beside her, she saw her friends. She shook Orhan awake, "Orhan, wake up," Orhan raised his head, looking around wearily, "Where are we, Aylah?" "Don't know, Orhan. I wish I did."
Fog surrounded the woodsy area, making it difficult to see far, however, they could see soldiers in the area. After a while, A man walked forward, he was calm, walking with his hands behind back. He didn't look like a regular soldier, clothes in better condition than the rest. He stopped right in front of the cage, looking at each of the kids who were now standing.
"Right now, you have no worth. But, soon you'll be priceless."
Melike raised an eyebrow, taking a defensive stance, "No worth? Do you even know who we are?"
Aylah wanted to roll her eyes at that statement but said nothing as the man turned to look at Melike. "Of course, I do, Osman Bey'in kizi Melike. Better than you think." Aylah glanced at Orhan beside her, finding that previous statement unsettling.
The man smirked before started to speak, "Melike and Orhan, twins, 8 years old. Born to Ertugrul Gazi oglu Osman Bey and Sheikh Edebali's daughter, Bala hatun. Bala hatun was said to be infertile, making your birth quite the miracle, was it not?"
The twins looked at each other in surprise, and the man only continued, turning to Aylah. "Aylah, 7 years old, Born to the best-known archer in the lands, Boran Alp, and Sheikh Edebali's adopted daughter, Gonca hatun. You are not the only child, you have a younger brother, do you not? Savci, named after Ertugrul Gazi's son, Savci Bey."
"Don't talk about him, he has nothing to do with anything," Aylah said, glaring at him as a fierce protectiveness bubbled inside her. Again, the man did not reply and turned to Kayi. "Kayi, 9 years old, Born to Aygul hatun, and Alisar Bey."
"Shut up, that man is not my father."
Kayi seethed, stepping forward threateningly, and the man continued to speak. "But, he is your father, Kayi. Your mother married the man who had killed her brother." Aylah scowled, everything the man was saying was to make them angry, and it was working.
"Kayi, he's trying to make you mad, don't let him," Melike whispered, pulling Kayi back a little. The boy relented, stepping back, but the glare remained on his face, making his light blue eyes appear dark. The man grinned as if he had achieved his goal and walked away without another word.
"He's dead, Alisar is dead, but no one is going to let me forget," Kayi grumbled, kicking at one of the cage's bars. "Why doesn't anyone get it? I'm not him, nor will I ever be!"
Aylah frowned, there was always someone who pointed it out at the tribe. And every time, it made Kayi angry. Aylah stepped towards him, tapping his arm, "We get it, Kayi," Melike nods, "We know the real you." "And who cares what everyone else says when you've got us?" Orhan points out and Kayi cracks a small smile.
"Now, let's figure out how to get out of here."
A/N: Aw Poor Kayi, Alisar can go burn in hell, our Kayi is an angel.
This is a kinda early chapter, so I hope you all enjoy it and let me know if you have any ideas!
