"It's been three days and you still don't know anything new!? Can you tell me what's going on with her!?" Loki was very upset because Sylvie's health condition hadn't improved.

Darcy helped him get her to the hospital where her good friend worked, who was a little used to unexpected cases and didn't ask unnecessary questions.

Doctor Rey tried to calm him down, "try to help us a little and let us have some more tests..."

"Definitely not, I don't trust your tests! Your medicine is absolutely lousy here!"

"We are one of the best hospitals in the city..."

"I don't mean just in this hospital! You don't know so many things... it was a mistake to take her here," Loki said firmly, he walked to Sylvie and seemed to he will just take her away.

"Please, this is really not necessary! It's really not a good idea take her away now... I really want to help you, but I need you to cooperate, okay?"

Loki hesitated for a moment, but let her lie in bed. She looking so defenseless and weak at the moment, he was so sad when he looked in her pale face.

"This is beyond your reach..." Loki sighed thoughtfully, trying to figure out what he could do for her, but no matter what he tried, it went nowhere.

"At least let me take her blood, we'll try some tests and maybe we'll figure something out... do you agree?" Loki was beginning to feel that his options were limited, so he just nodded in agreement. "Okay, I'll send a nurse here..." he told him and left a room.

Loki he sat down in a chair beside her bed and grabbed her hand, "please come back to me, okay?" He whispered, looking at her sadly.

Doctor Rey met Darcy in front of Sylvie's room, "so how is she, is it better?"

"Still the same... I have no idea what it might be and her boyfriend doesn't make it much easier for us..."

"I can imagine..."

"He's always with her, and I'd swear he hasn't even slept in all three days..."

Darcy looked through the glass into the room, saw Loki staring at Sylvie unhappily, holding her hand and talking to her, "they seem to be really close..."

"They definitely are... and I'm afraid that if we don't figure out what's wrong with her soon, he'll take her away without asking, which would definitely not be ideal in her condition..."

Darcy just nodded in agreement, believing that Loki would actually do it, even though she didn't really know who he was or who Sylvie was.

"It's real, it's real..." Sylvie whispered to herself over and over. She sat on the steps of the spiral staircase that led to the basement of the citadel. All memories mingled in her head, all thoughts she couldn't settle at all.

Nathaniel gradually tried to confuse her, trying to tell her that she had never really left from the Citadel. That everything she had experienced in the last few days was just a figment of her lush imagination, that she had made it up based on the remorse she had. At first she was sure it was a lie, but over time everything became confusing more and more. Because this dream realm didn't leave her mind clear. It was even worse when she couldn't wake up and began to believe that her reality was just dreams and her dream is a reality.

"Do you really believe that could have happened? Really? You were just so obsessed to your desires to finally have a home that you went crazy! You never left from here and you betrayed the only person who ever believed you... it's like you betrayed yourself, how can you still trust yourself?" She heard the words of Nathaniel in her mind and couldn't even tell if he was around or it's just her imagination.
