When Loki and Sylvie finished the kiss and both opened their eyes, to their surprise they were back in the room where Loki was staying at night, in a luxury hotel suite.

"Well. I don't understand how this happened at all!" Sylvie was quite confused and looked around her.

"Mmm. So it was you..." Loki said thoughtfully and he was definitely intrigued.

"What do you mean?"

"I was in this room when I suddenly appeared where you were with Wanda and Strange. I thought it was their job, but they didn't know I was there. So you had to get me there."

Sylvie shook her head, "no... it wasn't me... it's not possible, I don't know how I could did this... maybe it was you," she tried to come to an explanation.

"I do not think so... perhaps awakened new magic abilities in you... after all, the magic for reading memories was... well, unusual and quite strong."

"I don't understand how it happened, it's weird. Can it happen? Just like that?" Sylvie was confused, "and I really don't even understand that you're not mad at me... do you know what happened in the house then?"

"It took a while, but I realized it was a very convincing trap. I would like to add a few blind spots in the puzzle, what happened meanwhile... but now..."

Sylvie immediately remembered how he interrupting her in her long monologue with theories of what was going on, "I still have a few things to tell you..."

"Yeah. And what do you want to eat in the meantime?"

"What?" This unexpected question surprised her more than that they had been able to teleport to a safe place.

"Don't worry, they have very good food here."

"Are you thinking about food now? Don't you think we should talk about what's going on here? What has happened to us in recent days? And what are we going to do next?"

"Oh, yes and... three times no," Loki replied matter-of-factly. Sylvie just exhaled in surprise, and Loki added, "all I want to deal with now is that I'm going to take a shower, I would like to have some good and terribly expensive food and then I would like to rest in this big comfortable bed. You can join any of those activities if you want."

"So are we going to pretend nothing's going on?"

"No, but... I want... I need... one day... one day of calm, when I haven't to deal what was or what will be. The last days were really difficult and I'm going crazy if I keep thinking about it," he said seriously.

"But..." Sylvie still had a few things on her mind, she was so preoccupied with her next monologue that she didn't even notice that Loki stayed there just as a projection and went to take a shower. It didn't occur to her until a few minutes later, when she heard the sound of water coming from the bathroom, "that's unbelievable!" Sylvie wanted to go to him and scold him, but during the flash, she appeared in the shower.

Loki was slightly taken aback when she appeared in front of him and Sylvie was surprised, though a little unpleasant when she suddenly stood dressed under a stream of water, "so, welcome..." he smiled at her, "mmm, interesting... I told you that you did this!"

"This is not normal!" She was a little bit angry.

"Mmm, it isn't. Are you taking a shower dressed often?" Loki looked at her wet clothes.

"I'm not talking about this!" She looked at him, because of course he was completely naked and she preferred to quickly look him in the eye again when she realized how he was looking at him.

"What?" He laughed amusedly, "you showed up here not me."

"You let me talk with your projection!"

"True, but I told you that I had other plans and because I can be in two places at once now, I've found it more efficient."

"It was pretty rude!" Sylvie frowned, "and can you turn off the water!?"

"Ummm, no?" Instead, he used a magic to make her clothes disappear, so she was naked too.

"Damn it. This is even more rude!"

"And what will you do to me? Shall we fight in the shower together?" Loki made fun of her and so provocatively pulled her close to him.

"You're a terrible bastard!"

Loki stroked her back and looked in her eyes, "but you missed me a little, no?"

"Not just a little!" Sylvie said defeated, and this time she was the one who started kissing him.

Later that day, they were lying in the bed, where they certainly did not use their time together just to rest. Sylvie lay in his arms and Loki hugged her with one hand and the other had under his head. It had been several long minutes since neither of them had said a word, but the silence had become uncomfortable for Sylvie.

"You still don't want to talk?" Sylvie asked after a moment and Loki just shook his head that no, "hmm, it's so weird when you don't say anything, when other times you have a comment on everything," she smiled and stroked his chest.

"I enjoy a moment of calm, as long as I can..."

"I don't want steal your moment of calm, but something quite strange is going around us, I can't get out of my head..."

"From the moment I know you, only strange things happen to me," Loki said seriously, and Sylvie looked up a little and looked at him with a slightly concerned expression, "ehmm, it probably didn't sound the best. Well, I meant that since I got out of my way, very strange things happen to me... it will be normal soon and I'll be more surprised when nothing strange will happen."

"So I'm such a strange event for you?"

"In a sense, you are the strangest event that has ever happened to me..."

"In what sense?"

"In absolutely every sense..."

"Now I'm not sure if it's a compliment or not..."

"I think you know what I mean..."

Sylvie thought for a moment, then said, "when we were in TVA, before you got into the void - you wanted to tell me something, what was it?"

"Uff, well, that's what I wanted then..." Loki was quite uncertain. He wanted to answer her, but suddenly it was harder than he thought.

Sylvie knew what he wanted to tell her and it was more than clear to her after the last events. But suddenly she saw in his expression that he was afraid to reveal his feelings to her completely, even though he never said it in words, he had done it many times with his actions.

Sylvie smiled, "when I was locked up in my glass prison and when I was worried about you, where you were, what happened to you... I mainly regretted one thing and then when I knew what had happened to you, I regretted it even more..."

"What did you regret?"

"That I never found the courage to tell you... that," she suddenly felt it was harder than she'd ever thought, but in Loki's eyes she saw the expectation and she had her hand on his chest, feeling his heart pound faster. She had to smile at it and continued, "this is new for me... and I would never have believed it would happen to me, but it happened... it can't be changed anymore... and I don't want to change it, so..." she started tangle in this.

"I love you too," Loki said unexpectedly, cutting their insecurities for both.
