"Hmm?" Xiao's shut eyes slowly opened and his head was beating painfully. A sting of pain came from his head down to his eyes making them shut again. What was this pain?

Xiao tried to sit up but a piece of clothing fell from his forehead stopping his chaotic thoughts. He fell silent as he gaze at the handkerchief. He look down and found out he wasn't wearing a shirt but instead a coat was covering his body. He look around feeling lost and spotted a particular blond hair.

Aether's sleeping face was seen and his mouth gaping slightly. His long hair was spread out on the couch as his chest move up and down. Xioa once again feel silent as he stared at aether.

"What the fuck?" He curse in his mind and was about to stand up when his head throb in pain making him hiss. Because of the sudden movement, Aether woke up and went straight to xiao's side.

"You shouldn't move yet, Your cold haven't subdue." He uttered half sleepy and force the dark haired to lay down. Xiao couldn't careless about the man and tried to stop his head from aching.

Aether dipped the handkerchief to the basin of water, He gently remove xiao's hand that was covering his forehead before placing them. Xiao stared at him in confusion. However aether who still sleepy couldn't find his embarrassment and feelings. All he could think about is make xiao sleep again so he too could sleep.

Aether took xiao's previous shirt that was hang to dry. His hand touched the dry fabric making the blond nodded. He ushered xiao to sit so he could wear the shirt.

Xiao stared at him feeling confused but was once again force to sit down. Aether slowly dress xiao before making the dark haired male lay down again.

Aether stood up and went to the kitchen to fetch a glass of water. Upon returning, He gave the water to xiao so the male could drink it. This time xiao didn't resist and did what aether wanted him to do.

"Where is the medicine kit?" His tired voice rang across the room making xiao lift his eyes. After drinking the glass of water, Xiao pointed at the nearby drawer indicating that the medicine was there. Aether groggily nodded and drag his tired feet towards the drawer.

Pulling them gently, Aether saw the small medicine box so without much of a thought, aether rummage through the kit before finding the pill. Aether nodded gently and took the pill and gave them to xiao. After receiving the pill, aether gave him another glass of water.

"Thanks." Xiao whispered. However aether who was too tired to listen so he just nodded and glance at his phone to see the time.

1:46 am.

"Go back to sleep." Aether yawned and laid down the sick male. Aether took the handkerchief from xiao's forehead before dipping them again. Xiao was silent throughout the whole process, but soon sleepiness was starting to embrace him. With aether's gentle touch and soft murmurs, Xiao finally fell asleep.

Aether smiled with satisfaction and kissed xiao's head. It was a habit of his everytime lumine fell asleep, he would always kiss the lady's head seemingly telling her that he was there so no need to be afraid.

Upon realizing his actions aether's sleepiness instantly went away. His cheeks flushed along with his ears.

"Goodness Gracious, What have I done?" He mumbled while placing his hands to his cheeks to cover his red face. It was a good thing that xiao was already asleep, If the man was still awake he would have died out in embarrassment.

"Hah." He sighed to calm his beating heart and went back to his previous position.

However aether wouldn't have thought that xiao actually felt the soft kiss. The man is actually very sensitive to his surroundings that he would even wake up from a small creek, and a light tap at his shoulder. And just now Aether's hair tickled his neck and arm making his sleeping mind awoke.
