"Ohohohoho~ I see, So this is the person Xiao wanted me to find." Hu tao licked her lips as she smiled softly with a hint of mechevous.

"Oh? That's a bit unexpected." Her smile fade away as her eyes trailed at the many words in her screen. The longer she read the man's information the more she was taken a back.

"What the hell?" She murmurs.

"Xiao want to find him? If so he will only go on a suicide mission! He's up against an army! I reckon our force might not be enough to held this monsters." Despite her words, she was smiling evilly. Her heart was beating fast not from fear but excitement. The thought of her and her force confronting such big enemy made her blood boil.

She giggled crazily before continuing her work. The maid who was in the door, waiting for her orders, smiled softly. Her master's action was quite childish and creepy but she didn't mind it. For her master rarely display such actions.

"I will go get some tea." She spoke up and slowly exited the room.

"Bring some biscuits as well!" The maid Heard her master's voice inside the room. She chuckled before continuing.

Hu tao laid in the carper with her legs and arms spread wide. Her white thighs was exposed for she was only wearing shorts.

"Ughh..." She groaned annoyingly as she stared at her laptop which has three dots on the screen and was particularly moving so slowly.

"Can't you go any faster?!" She whined and rolled around.

She was so close to finding out the man's location but she didn't expect that a virus would suddenly strike her laptop, which caught her off guard. And after three hours of battle, she finally defeated it.

"Good thing I'm skilled in hacking or else my laptop and loads of important documents would go to waste." She sighed as she sat up. Her arms stretched out to grab some cookies from the table that had been sitting in quite some time.

"Maybe I should buy another one for purposes like this...." She mumbled as she took a small bite from the cookies. Her eyes going back and forth to the laptop and the cookie.

"Ugh..." Aether frowned from the sight he saw.

A table full of acid and injections were lined up making him shudder. It was a good thing he doesn't feel pain, Actually it's a good thing that he was still alive. Despite him having the ability to feel no pain, that doesn't mean his body won't take any damages. He can even feel the numbness from his knees and the constant shaking of his hands. He doesn't know if it was cause from fear or from the damages it has taken.

"Today I will conduct a few experiment to your body, do not worry, I won't hurt you this time..." She suddenly spoke from behind making aether jolt a bit.

Then what was the use of these acids? Either way, He's glad that they won't hurt him today.

"Aha! Finally! I found where the lad is! AHAHAHAHAHA!" Hu tao jolt up from the carpet and started to jump up and down from excitement and joy.

After twelve hours of hacking and searching, Hu tao finally found a lead to aether.

She laid down on the couch and stretch her body before yawning. She was glad.

Her eyes darted at the wall clock before gasping in shock.

"HUH?! IT'S ALREADY THREE AM?!"

"Oh no! I gotta send these informations to xiao! Quick!" She stated panicky.

Xiao stared at the ceiling feeling a bit lost. He was still waiting for hu tao's words since seven in the evening and now it was three a.m.

Although he was tired he didn't dare close his eyes for he might accidentally miss the message.

*DING*

Xiao eyes lazily stared at his screen and all the cell of his body quickly woke up and the hair on his neck stood up.

His breathing suddenly hitch as he slowly read the message that the director hu tao sent.

He could feel his eyes reddening the longer he read the informations.

Finally. He finally found where his man was held captive.

"Oh lord morax..." He unconsciously spout and hurriedly exited the room.

He ran through the corridor while panting heavily. And for the the first time he smiled from ear to ear.

Xiao ran quickly run to lumine's room and without a thought he slam the door open. And he was greeted by a sleeping lumine. But Xiao didn't care and drag lumine by the hand resulting the woman to fall.

"What the hell?!" She jolted awake and saw herself being drag by xiao. She was about to scream at him when he notice the light on his eyes and the shallow smile from his lips.

Lumine sighed tiredly and just let the man drag him to who knows where.

After a while they finally arrived at xiao's office.

The dark haired man quickly drag lumine inside, earning a groan from the young lady.

"What is it? What made you so excited?" Lumine started to bomb him with questions. However Xiao didn't answer a single one but instead showed him his laptop.

Lumine who was a bit annoyed and uninterested stared at the laptop. As soon as she started reading the information her eyes was slowly widening and the drowsiness she was feeling was now gone.

"I-Is this real?" She stuttered a bit as her hand grab the edge of the screen, her breathing was starting to get heavy the longer she read.

Soon her eyes was starting to tear up as she reach the end of the information.

"WAHHH!!!" Without a warning she cried before quickly covering her face. She was so happy that they finally found aether.

Xiao leaned on the table while smiling softly. The sight of aether's sister crying from tears of joy, also made him happy.

"Let's find him now!" She stared at the dark haired man with redden eyes and a bit of tears streaming down to her jaw.

"Yes. But we need preparation." His face turned serious while lumine wipe her tears.

Lumine nodded, agreeing with the man. According to the information the lab was heavily guarded by military.

'Do not worry brother, Me and your lover will get you. No matter what's the danger. We will set you free.'

Xiao stared at the last line from letter.

'He's being held captive at Guyun Stone Forest'
